Hi, In Chennai, Area: Santhosapuram Pin-600 073. this are tower problem lots of time, but i complaint to customer care for past one year more of complaints but still not rectify it. so plz check it. And also how can i view my postpaid bill for online, i go to www.aircel.com then go to postpaid, e-payments but not opened it. so please check your website. and reply back immediately. im a customer for past 9 months, nowadays im getting huge amount of bills for that i tried to give a complaint in ur branch at sprncers but they r not giving any proper answer.

Yes I agree with this comment. coz am also facing the same problem for the last 2 months. There is no tower most of the time
Iam a retailor iam saling prepaid sim in big sale so now one sim BARRED iam inform last 6 days MDU DM and Distriputor so SIX days not open this sim so this customer sup mit this sim my shop mony return i want customer side iam colling nestarday DM no ansuwer distriputor no cooprate every time this same profulam BARRED M.no [protected] sim no[protected]. So this probulam iam colling my big mony lose, so my ec mobile no demo sim.

Iam a retailer and iam selling prepaid sim in big sale so now one sim BARRED for me i had informed about this before last 6 days to MDU DM and Distriputor yet now this sim is not opened. so customer who gave this sim has asking to return his money.so for this my business was in loss.yesterday i called to DM for this sim problem.but he is not attending my phone call and also i had purchased aircel sim cards recharge cards and EC for more than 30, 000.Rs.but yet now they did not gave me any demo card.so to contact to aircel distributor and aircel office for one call it spending more money so please provide me a demo card and my aircel distribtor is not co-operating with me many times this probelm has been happened to me.the BARRED M.no [protected] sim no[protected]. so please solve this problem and provide me a demo sim also.

I am in Aircel postpaid speak 225 sim. But i have the problems.
1. Bill not reach in time
2.During call voice is not hearing
3.At first time i can't dial or receive even a single call at any time
4.There is no response from Customer care. The only answer from Customer care is that the problem will be cleared within two months. If they can't solve the problem the why they have the networ?
5.When dialling for a call the only answer is network busy or error in connection
6.I have never seen this kind of worse network in my career

I want change my CUG which is being bill in the name o[censored]dhayam typewriting institute. From today onwards please change in my sister concern name GUNA ASSOCIATES, and in the name of K. Gunasekaran, in the same address. For the following phone numbers. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], and also now one new number.

Ihave requested for change of connection from postpaid to prepaid on 19.01.2009 at your ponthamalli high road office.Then i was asked to pay my final usage amount of Rs.480 on 23.01.2009, as per your request i made my bill exactly on the same day and on that day i was given a duration of 48 hours for change of connection from post paid to prepaid but unfortunately after 7days still iam waiting for your postpaid to prepaid change, mean time i made 2 complaints (complaint no[protected] but no response.iam fedup with u r service.

I have three post paid CUG connections and operating for year. Upto February'09 I received the Billing to a minimum amount for which I have consumed, But now I have requested your Office to convert the Post paid connection to Prepaid, they are delaying as a result for the 2 months say March & April, I have received the Billing more than I use. I have also asked your office to attach the Usuage details from day one, but till date I have not received. Please advise me to how I look the usuage charges in your web site. and also how to convert the post paid connections to prepaid connection with quicker time,
