[Resolved]  Aircel Prepaid — My Aircel Number is Not Working

Dear Sir

I was bought your Aircel prepaid Sim card from your one of the dealer on 22nd November..that time i given My passport Size photo and My Address proof... Suddenly 5 Days before that dealer Said to me Your Photo is Not Accept for Your Activation...So what i did again I was given My Another Photo and My Address Proof On 3rd Dec.. But Still my Number is Not in Use... From 3rd Dec to Still,?

Without Communication i Unable do my Job...so Kindly Resolve My problem and Do the needful..

My Father Mr Ramanandan bought Aircel prepaid Sim card from your dealer ( calicut )on 13th march.that time i given My passport Size photo and My Address proof... As per my knowledge I have lod of proof like PAN, Driving Licence, My Company Address Proof on Company Address Proof, Residancial proof for more than three years. Please connect the No. or if it not possible please rifund my mony, I will advertice against Aircel. for their bad intention, & poor service.

Due to Want of some document, But I can not understand what kind of document they Need when I have submitted the self attachted copy of my 1) PAN Card, 2) Driving Licence, 3) Letter From My Company as a residance Proof Two Times as per their requirement, 4) Copy of My Identity Card. As per my knowledge so much document is not at all required to get a new prepaid connection. This activity shows their bed intentin towards customar. All top up I have made for that sim is gone.
After all It is cleare that Aircell provides a very poor service. I will never recomend anybody to take this connection.

I used aircel prepaid untill april 2008, the mobile number is [protected] and sim number is[protected] its in the name of shankar..i was out of country from april and now i return back.. now i want to activate the same number...kindly do the needful. Thanks
