[Resolved]  Aircel Prepaid — My Aircel Number is Not Working

Dear Sir

I was bought your Aircel prepaid Sim card from your one of the dealer on 22nd November..that time i given My passport Size photo and My Address proof... Suddenly 5 Days before that dealer Said to me Your Photo is Not Accept for Your Activation...So what i did again I was given My Another Photo and My Address Proof On 3rd Dec.. But Still my Number is Not in Use... From 3rd Dec to Still,?

Without Communication i Unable do my Job...so Kindly Resolve My problem and Do the needful..

My name is Mathew, I bought a sim card from your street agent. I already gave my photographs and residential proff of address and pan card copy. 5 days lated my phone disconeted., I phoned custmer care, they told me you not sumitted any documents. I from USHA SHRIRAM (INDIA), DELHI, company purchase nos of AIRCEL connection, unfurtunately, I am facing poor network at my Keshav Puram, Delhi, residence, my M.no [protected], inspite of my severial complaints in DELHI office for the last 25 days, no action has been taken till to date, only giving false comitment that our team was on the job and it will be solve with in few days.
This is the kind of after sale service provided by your compeny.
I never recomend any one to purchase AIRCEL connection & shop keeper to sale such product.

On my aircel number '[protected]', some powerplay service has been activated without our notice and i lost almost more than 200 Rs. And atleast there is no information in the aircel portalhow to deactivate. Please do the needful.

not recharged my balance

i made a recharge of rs50 through a retailer on 14feb 2014 approx 3.00pm, but i did not received any balance and its transection no. is [protected]

network gprs

worst network .aircel has increased all tariffs. nomatter. gprs even in mobile doesn't stream. very low speed. they said 60 kbps but not iit is much lesser.
