[Resolved]  Aircel SIM Card — blocking of incoming calls

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu

mobile no. [protected] sim purchased from AIRCEL authorised retailer on 23 09 2010 have used more 15 days from sterday aircel has blocked my incoming call to my sim. have made complained to aircel customer care that they told have not received address proof and photo. Here without these documents have activiated TRAI regulations. I need urgent assistance from customer forum .

please forward the appropriate authorities.

I am sure the verification process is not complete and hence the services have been barred. You can carry a copy of your documents and submit it at the nearest Aircel outlet. This would definitely solve your problem.
