Sir i am from Agartala, Tripura.After Recharching with 198 Pack, in 1st 15 days after exhausting my HSD Quota.My internet speed reduced to 2g speed, why is that happening?, Is there any problem in sim, when u manufacture it.

I have already launch a complain abt slow 3G speed, but u r not taking any action aginst it. My problem is dat I am from Chennai, I recently recharge Rs.128 3G pack. Ur service tell us that after 500 MB is used, the browsing speed become 128 kb/s. Now 6 days passes, the speed become so worst that I can't browse any page. Sometimes it work, but for the little snap of time.
Plz take any action abt it. My Aircel number is [protected] & alternate number is [protected].
