[Resolved] Aircel — Fraudulent billing | |||
Hi, To all my friends who have been trying to reach me on my mobile and are being welcomed with special ringtone "This number is temporarily not in use..." I would like you guys to know that this is a ringtone that Aircel has specially designed for me to show their love and affection to me for using their service for more than five years. As such they have been showering me with their love for more than a year by billing me with thrice the amount of actual bill. I had opted for an plan wherein for a Rs.249 top up I had a total of 600 minutes of free calls but when the bills came I was charged for the entire minutes in addition to the toppings which I never get. As I refused to pay those bills and have been seeking proper clarification and explanations from them for the fraudulent billing my incoming and outgoing is barred so please connect to me via email only. This looks like a call connectivity error now that you have a complaint number, why don’t you just drop into one of their stores? You can get a quick update on the status of your complaint and you can probably ask the reason for the current problem…

Absolutely true, fraudulent billing is going on. I actually used BSNL landline net for the entire month with a plan of 1.5 GB for several years. I did even never cross this limit of 1.5 GB till date with them. With Aircel I recharged for 1 GB plan two times in one month. In less than a week or so the entire 1 GB finishes for the same amount of work i do. See the difference. As i am a regular user for the past 6 years with BSNL, i can really find this is really a fraudulent thing. Apart from this they said they give 1.5 GB free every month for 3 months if continuously recharged every month but they are not giving even once. Consumers cannot talk to them at all as they never pick up the phone (only recorded voice). In India it happens with such companies. My 3G data card sim number is [protected]. I do not who will protect the consumers from such fraudulent charges. My cell number is [protected]

i have been using aiecel connection for the last eight month. But last two month i am facing a problem of not getting network to a particular bsnl landline no. i have lodged complain many times in customer care but they till now have not resolved the problem. they have supplied the complain no(R[protected] but still it is hopeless situation.
