[Resolved] Airtel 3G Internet Service — very low speed unfair service | |||
Hello, I am Girish my mobile number is [protected] i am using airtel 3g service and i activated 3g data plan Rs 750 0f 2gb data . airtel promise to their customers we will assures a speed upto 27 mbps but i am getting only 20kbps . even 2g connection will not give that much of speed i raised so may complaints through customer care and relationship centers of airtel they only giving Service request till date my problem is not yet resolved , really i am feeling very bad about airtel 3g service and customer support . Airtel is not bother about their customers and they are not ready to solve customer issues . plz any help me how to solve my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||

I I have recharged with RS-158 3G Internet in my SIM but Internet is not coming in my mobile earlier i used with the same number and with the same mobile. I have inserted in Dongle it is working. Why this net is not coming in my mobile. I thought of its mobile problem then i have inserted another SIM and i have checked but its working then i realized the issue with SIM for that i made call to customer care they are simply picking my call and listening and telling that forwarding call to supervisor please be on hold and simply keeping my call on hold and disconnecting. Your customer care service is too bad. and let me know is this Internet service to my mobile HTC you people are going to provide are not. (Mobile number: [protected]). This is not at all fair. How long I have to wait by paying money. you people are simply ignoring customer value and support.

Already i waited more than a week, Even my mobile number is not connected to the customer care from yesterday this will be the one example how you are treating the customers. Tell me one thing how many days will you take for solution and please don't torture the customers and tell me the exact time to resolve my problem.
