[Resolved]  Airtel — Activation and charging of wrong net pack

Dear Sir/Madam

In november 2012 I had applied for the airtel 3G datacard service (Internet Dongle ) .I subscribed for a package which would charge me Rs750 for 3GB and after 3GB 80 kpbs absolutely free.This ensured me my bill would not exceed rs 750.However when i received the call for verification they informed me a pack for 5GB at Rs750 is activated and after 5GB 3p per KB.So i went back to the airtel gallery asking them how did this happen .The person who had done my formalities for connection told me , its a mistake and they havent activated that package.They convinced me it will be sorted and sent a request for change of package .But next month i got to know still the pack hasnt been changed .Hence again I went to airtel gallery .He sent another request and told me not to bother it will get changed the next month ..However March 10 2013 my data services were suspended as my bill amounted to 2347 .For the next two weeks I was running to and from airtel gallery making calls sending emails.The airtel gallery officials were very rude to me ,being a lady they kept me waiting and throwing attitude and finally washed their hands saying theres nothing they can do to directly mail airtel. In my mail pleading for some kind of help as it is not my fault the wrong package has been activated . I was told an amount of 750 has been waivered and posted and another 400 will be waivered in month of april .However I recieved an sms again reminding me to pay my bill ,the waiver did not reflect hence i informed them .They confirmed the waiver will reflect in the bill .I got a call from airtel saying an outstanding amount of 1500 is pending to pay it off asap.Since I couldnt remain without an internet connection anymore I paid an amount of Rs1000 and my internet was restored . However yesterday ie. 6/4/2013 I was informed an outstanding amount of 2800 is pending and my internet is suspended once again .They claim there is no mistake in the bill .On the otherhand I have recieved paper bill of 3800.I am trapped in the game of airtel. Sick of calling their customer cares who keep diverting you to other numbers or keeping you on hold .Please help me

AirTel — Internet Activation

We are using 23 post paid connection no.[protected] to [protected] and [protected] and also [protected]. i want to activate Std Charges @ Rs.1.00 of all the above numbers as soon as possible.I Will pay the activation charges with our bill.

my number is [protected].i am unable to call 121 prepaid customer care for more than 5 months.i have called customer care from another number more than 80 times.they are saying that it is an automated process it will be cleared in 24 hours.But i have seen may 24 hours it is not cleared.If you didnt clear i will say all my friends to throw away this wasteless sim including me.its sure sure.

Airtel — charging without activation

every 15 days or so i am receiving a message that rs 20 will be deducted for using airtel java games or tadkalive or some or the other. when talking to customer care executives they always say that they dont have any updates. nearly 3 months have passed and they are neither deactivating it. so every month nearly rs 40 are being charged without activating any of the services.

Airtel — No Net Activation

I m using Airtel for past 2 years and i thought it was the best as everytime i tried to resolve ma prb. i got a soln from Airtel people but when i got a new phone n i tried to activate my internet on mobile they send me the settings but then also i was unable to acess my internet service my Rs. 20 got waste becoz of their useless nonsense on customer care . This is the airtel custumer care executives are not picking my call only . I want my money and internet connection as fast as possible

AirTel — wrong charging

Respected sir,
On 19th November I received a call from airtel bearing No: [protected] wherein one of the female employee of the airtel informed me that airtel is having special offer for activation of hello ring tone and for three months you have to pay rent for only 2 months. in this connection i was given choice of songs to select and accordingly i selected one of the song. However even after deducting Rs 75/ by the airtel my hello tone was activated in some other language. Such being the position i contacted several time to the customer care office of airtel but my call was dropped and again on 20th November I again contacted airtel care and talked with Mis shaheena who assured me that your problem will be solved at 10-30 today and no more charges will be deducted from my balance, as the hello tune has been activated due to oversight by the concerned executive.
In the light of above it is to inform that in spite of assurance my problem has not been solved and i have been put to awkward position having no fault of mine. strict action needs to be taken and my money returned with interest and penality

AirTel — WRONG CHARGING

I am having a harrowing experience with airtel and their customer care.I have been having a horrible time complaining about the your sevices and your network problem.From yesterday I called customer care 50 times but nO ONE can give me rigth answer thats why i paid lot of charges u r service ,this problem latest i solved but u create me anohter problem i have received 2 massege dated on 22.4.11 time midnight 10.30 and 10:45 this two massages u charge me RS 25 each and 10Rs.more. my mobile no is [protected], i I prepaid account holder i paid to u which charges which is not activated me u cheked out my mobiles details 22 april 2011 to till date,The custmer care center is sleeeping not pickking up the call and solve my problem this time i[censored] not solved my problem then i take airtel to consumer protection court.

Airtel — untitled gprs pack activated

on my airtel no. unlimited gprs pack is activated and Rs.10 is deducted daily from my main account balance from 14.may 2011 kindly deactivate the service

Airtel — Net pack

They cut 71 rupees on 8 Sept . When i call customer care they take my complain and say that they return money before 10 Sept at6.30 pm. But they can't return. When i contact they say that you browse without net pack. But i have 244MB balance.

Airtel — internet activate

Dear sir,

i have used this airtel number [protected]. But last few days i cant connect to Internet. Please activate inteernet service for my mobile number.

still not resolved .the airtel officials wither giving me miss calls or if i pick they cut the phone while I'm explaining the case even yesterday a female called i explained the case to her and she said she would call me back in 2mins but did not ...Shocking attitude
