[Resolved] Airtel — AIRTEL 3G SPEED PROBLEM | |||
My No. - [protected] I act airtel 3G plan 101rs = 300mb on 28th sept i have 7.2 mbps modem and i get only 6-7 Kbps i call customer care on 30th sept. and tell my 3G speed prob. they said ur prob. will be solv with in 24 hours .... I was waiting , waiting, waiting for 3G speed but result is same ... now again i call customer care on 3rd oct and tell my 3G speed issue they said ok i am chk what is the prob. mean while call disconnect .... when i call again i am unable to connect customer care .... TODAY - 15 october 2012 still i am getting only 7-8KBps ...... Worst service provide by airtel ! I activate 3g plan on 28th sept. and today is 15th october my problem is not solv my speed is still 7-8kbps. When i call airtel customer care no. 198, 121, etc. they give some offer detail and disconnect the call . Airtel is cheating with their customers ...
