Sir my name is Prabhu, my mobile number is [protected], in my mobile Facebook service is activated in the date of[protected] ,and the service deactivated date is[protected],deactivation conformation message is available my mobile ,but this VAS is not deactivated still now total amount taken is ₹43,what can i do customer care not attend my call on[protected] to today five time deactivated this service conformation message available my mobile but still not deactivated
All ready complaint this site amount credited my account and the same day amount taken this service ₹10

Airtel — not attending the customer

Hi!
this is Rajni Gopi a prepaid airtel user recently means on 31st october i have Filled the postpaid connection form from one of the sales executive Name: Kamini her office is located at Parmar trade center. i had filled my form and paid the needed fee also i had taken a plan of Rs.125/- using the same number but i have converted the same number into postpaid but instead of complaining many times to Kamini she has not yet activated my postpaid connection. Is this the way you solve the problem of the customer. Customers are kept on waiting .
Kindly look after this immediately.

the mobile is owned by ch. raja carrying mobile number [protected]. the sim is blocked suddenly. so we need an activation for that sim. sim number is[protected]. so please activate my sim as soon as possible.
