i am ashish pandey i am using airtel sim fo last 5 year. airtel always cut my balance whenever i recharge. recently they dedudcted rs 150 from my account without any proper reason. i called to customer care but they didnt repond me. please help me .

Airtel Prepaid — Wrongly deducted my balance & Wrongly Deactivate my SMS Power

Hi Sir,

With due respect I beg to stat that I humbly informed you that on 21.07.2010 I was recharge SmS power Rs.80 at 10:58AM(TransID-[protected]) and Sent so many sms on that day, after 1 days 22.07.2010 after 2.00 pm I have send 6 sms and 6 Rs. deducted on my main Account balance. After that I called to customercare and talk with customercare executive but they'r told to me that your SMS power Rs.80 deactivated today, I said why deativated, just yesterday I actived and today deactivaded "HOW",

So therefore, I told to executive I want to talk to your Team leader, after 15 minutes my called was hold then I talk with there senior SHANAWAZ at 7.30pm but he did not help to me and not return my Balance who has wrongly deducted, and didnot actived my SmS Power. Please do the needful action for us.

I am a prepaid user of Airtel.
Airtel deduct Rs 15 from my account regarding use age of Airtel live. on 30 july 2010.but I have not use that..
Even I have not get Any notification regarding deduction of balance from my account.

It is not First time they do so earlier also they deduce my balance by activating any plan. and then refuse that it is activated by them .
Dear Sir,

Airtel has been deducting balance from my account on a regular basis now. Every time i call Customer care, they ask me for the same questions and give me no help. Every single time i am told that i have been using Airtel Live (internet) services when i have not been using it. I have several reference numbers sent to me (few of which i will put down below). Every single time i request them to deactivate these services permanently and i am told that it will be done in 2 hours time, but after every couple of days time they deduct balance for the same reason. And when i call Customer care again, they act rude and insult us as if we have no idea on how to use a mobile. Request you to help me regarding this since this is becoming a very irritating and frustrating issue. I have been using this sim (number) for more than 7 years now and never had i faced any such problems, i am surprised by the lack of efficiency and such behaviour from Airtel. Your Customer Care Executices like Gautam Mukherjee should be sacked right away since these executives have absolutely no idea on how to talk to a customer and do not deserve to be customer care officials.

Airtel Gujrat — Balance deducted

I have not subscribed for any Sophie blog but forcefully my bal. was reduced,
I tried to unsubscribed but was not successfull.
pl. do the needfull to unsubscribe and get my deducted bal.

Dear Sir,

Today morning I got a message in my No. [protected] for miss call alert dial *321*881# then I dial this no. but when I find for this facilities deduct Rs. 15.00 per month I exit. In afternoon again I got a message for thank you for subscribing miss call alert, That time immediately I unsubscribe this miss call alert *321*883#.
In the evening I find 15 rupees deduct from my balance account immediately I try to contact customer care but nobody is there. So I just asking you why should deduct 15 rupees from my account balance, its realy unfair.

Airtel — Refund of charges deducted after Full and Final

I have paid Airtel 7500/- as a settlement for Bill of approx. 13500/- (which was also wrong as Blackberry charges was charged me wrongly)

Airtel has given me Full and Final Letter on 4th JAN 2010. It's attached here.

Then in FEB Airtel has deducted 5262 Rs. using Auto Debit on my Credit Card. Since FEB 2010 I am writing emails to Airtel, initially they have asked me to send scanned copies of the Full and Final Letter. I have sent copies and now they are denying paying me the refund.

MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected] .ON 7 AUGUST 2010 MY BALANCE WAS REDUCED TO ZERO;
I COMPLAINT TO CARE CENTER THEY REPLIED THAT YOUR MONEY WILL BE GIVEN BACK BUT TILL DATE NO ACTION IS BEEN MADE.

Airtel Prepaid — Deduction of Rs 5/- everyday from my Main balance

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am an airtel prepaid customer, my no is [protected] (Orissa). My problem is
that every day an amount of Rs 5/- is automatically deducted from my main
balance and I get a sms saying that "Some NOP service is activated and you will
be charged Rs 5/day" . I have tried the customer care some 5 to 6 time and it
has been worthless, seems like they are not in a mood to solve this problem of
mine, they say that I activate this service regularly which is untrue. Every
time I call the Customer Care they just provide me an USSD code to deactivate
the NOP service that again automatically gets activated the very other day. I
requested them to lodge a complaint for balance deduction on this no. of mine
for which they refused every time. I have lost almost 150 to 200
rupees, in the other hand I am unaware of this so called NOP service. I have
never ever dialed the no. that the CCE guys are blaming on me.

Airtel — reduction in balance because of false promises made by them

Sir,
I am an airtel customer and my mobile no is [protected].On 8th of august, i received sms from airtel (Stay connected with your Friends at just Rs. 49! RC49 = 18000 Local + National SMS FREE! Valid for 90 days.), this is the original sms which i got. After getting the sms i recharged my account and start to send national sms, and only surprised to see that my account is getting deducted by Rs1.50. After seeing this i called the customer care and they kept on pursuing me that on RC49 customer will get only local sms free for 3 months, when i told them about the sms which i got then they told that it will be solved within 24 hrs,i waited till that time but problem still persist, hence i called them again this time they told me to wait for 48 hrs and i waited but surprisingly problem still persist. So i called them again and they told that it will take 4 days to solve your problem and this no surprise to me to the persistance of the problem.

Sir, my point is these companies should not make any false promises and their representatives should not fool the customer. It really frustrate us.

And regarding my complain i should be getting those reduced amount and i should be getting the national sms free for 3 months as soon as possible.

I hope this time i have made the complain to the right people and i hope action will be taken against culprit and i get the justice which is due.

I have Airtel SIM card,

On 18 August 2010, at 06:38 pm, a sms is received from airtel about debiting my account by 5 rupees,
without any information.
in sms it is stated as, "Thanks for downloading Mcpack from airtel and you have been debited, 5 rupees."
Though i have not downloaded anything from airtel.
I called the Customer care of airtel but he is not refunding my amount,

Pls help me to get my money back, and punish Airtel for doing this.
I agree to above said complain but airtel is hopeless, even i faced same issue in maharastra mumbai. now i have taken decession to change service provider.. hope u also change service provider instead of running behind airtel... note my words airtel is hopeless in service..
i have been recharge Rs 64.00 for message on my mobile number [protected] 21/08/2010, but my main balance is deducted 0.50 per sms why? please stop this and return my balance. thank u

I am a prepaid user, I had done recharge of 333(full talktime) and just made 3-4 calls in the evening my balance was showing Rs 205 I launched a complaint and got a complaint ID and they assured problem will be solved withing 4 hrs and in the morning my balance was Rs 40 after the that i made 6-7 complaints but the issue was not solved.
Heres the reply i got from different executives
- u MUST have called (i hardly had 10 calls @ 50ps/min)
- u downloaded JAVA games (my phone does not support JAVA)
- u accessed gprs through airtel-live (when i did 333 recharge immediately withing an hour i recharged with 98 Rs. pack for gprs for 1 month with 2 GB limit)
- most interesting answer was our system does not any record for any calls, downloads, etc but its showing deduction of balance.

I really got pissed off for more than couple of weeks following these illiterate executives and when i counter their above question with my suggestion they just hanged up the call.

I hope this does not happen with any one.

i am not requestin for tadka live and games club services but it is forcely activated on my card without my permission and deduct balance near about 300 rupes and also i am requesting to custumer care executive for deactivation but they are not doing that

Airtel — Deduction of unavailed service charges

Hi Sir,

Everytime service message charges or some other advertisement message charges gets deducted from my mobile balance.
I have never availed for any of theese services anytime.
Please stop this untimely and unnecessary deductions.

i have a airtel no. which i used very rarely . whenever its not in use i remove it from cell & keep it aside.
then also many value added services are activated on my no. without my permission.
I have complained about this to Airtel customer care earlier & they have assured me that it wont happen again, then why it happen??? Reference no of my complain is CBDCC[protected]

now i wanted to know- how these services are acivated on my no when its not in use& how balance is deduced from my a/c ???

i have also sent many mails to Airtel what happens to that ?? why action is not taken against it???
This is to bring notice that Airtel Mobile network provider is deducting balance with out prior notice of the customer. My mobile number [protected] was recharged with some balance of 200/-. After few days Airlet started deducting my balance in activating Airtel live Messenger without my intervention. Even though I talked to the Customer care and asked to deactivate.. they were still deducting my balance every day.

We are frustrated in using this Network and worried to topup recharge coupons.

I request authorities to take an proper action on this issue.

I do really appreciate if Airtel take this issue under consideration.

No one ever picks up the phone from the customer care qnd the messages are frm the number 54321
I want this service to b immidiately de-activated and the money should be refunded.
