[Resolved]  Airtel — balance deduction

i am ashish pandey i am using airtel sim fo last 5 year. airtel always cut my balance whenever i recharge. recently they dedudcted rs 150 from my account without any proper reason. i called to customer care but they didnt repond me. please help me .

sir i have not subscribe any of service from my airtel mobile no. [protected] but they deducted balance of Rs 25 and subcribe the service so kindly solve this and pl do unsubcribe the service . i got mg that your bal is deducted Rs 25 njoy the gclub and you bought 50 icoins in that .

I Mr. Dilipkumar Rambachan Yadav using Airtel prepaid
card. My mobile no is [protected]. This is complaint regarding balance
deduction by airtel on my prepaid card. From last two to three months
every month 20 Rs is deducted by Airtel with sms that your account has
renewed with tadka live and you have been charged 20 Rs for this. I
have not activated this service anytime , as i do not require this
kind of service i m only interested in making outgoing calls and sms.
But still airtel is activating this service why i dont know the
reason. Every time i have to make a call to deactivate the service and
refund the deducted balance and then it is refunded. I am also made
assure each time by Airtel that 'tadka live' service is deactivated
, but still they are activating and charging 20 Rs for the same. Whats
the reason behind this . I do not understand . Even today i got
message that Tadka live service is renewed and i m charged 20 rs for
it. I made call to customer care but it is said that this time balance
will not be refunded. Why it is so?
Is there any reason? Is this been done purposely? If
it is so then whats the solution for it? How to get my refund back?
and How to stop this 'Tadka live 'service completely?
If it is not possible for airtel to refund my balance
and completely deactivate the service,then plz stop your airtel
service for the above number. If airtel cant do it . it is very easy
for me to stop ur airtel service anytime and go for another service.
I expect airtel to refund the balance and deactivate
the tadka live service completely.

My cell no is [protected]. I use this cell last one year. Service is very good but yesterday i checked my cell my balance is 3.40 paise. today i called the loop customer care the anwer was ridiculous. they said that you activated antashri pack. so 30 Rs dedcted but i never any activated any service you check my last one year record. i never any activated Miss call altert, caller tune, antashri pack, internet pack, jokes,jyotish,etc since last one year.
when you dedcuted 30 Rs. i didn't get any SMS from loop side your service activated. you check my inbox.
So i request you kindly credit in my A/c 30 Rs

i had requested to cancel airtel music portal subscription service around a month back. Airtel customer care has tried cancelling this service 3 times yet everyday rs5.00 is getting deducted from my amount.

Constant balance deduction of 30 paise to 50 paise throughout the day. Tried calling the customer care but could not get through even after continous call forwarding to the executive. I am really pissed at the service providers and would definitely take further actions unless I do not get a call explaining the reason for this unjustified balance deduction .
I have Airtel mobile connection for last 4 Years. But now days (past 1 year) they are activate one or more services on my mobile without my permission and charges is directly deduction from my balance.

from my balance every day 5 rupees are deducted and every day different type of scheme axiomatically activated . if i do complain for it then he /she (customer care person) gives my balance return ..so it is not a proper services so from last 2 time my account balance was cut but i m not complain against it ..and becoz it is very tedious and time consuming also charges for it like .50 paisa /3 min and it's take upto 10-15 min for each complain.every time i have not able to add complain for my own balance .that's affect on air tel company 's Sim card services.today also my balance is deducted 5 Rs and give me message like u r activated your both zone services.my mobile number is [protected].so pls reply for it .

The service 'Marathi portal' is activated on the same numbers from approximately 2-3 months & till they cut balance of Rs 40/-.& also they not given any intimation for the balance deduction for this service. But we was not activated this service.
So I requested to customer care executive for refund my balance but they not accept their mistake & not return my balance. It's not fair. Finally I complain on your site.

This problem of balance deduction is occurs for many numbers for the same service.
So finally I want my balance back as early as possible.

Before 1 Month i.e.in Nov-2010 i activated Rs. 98 (2 GB) Scheme From Customer Care at that time they didn't tell about auto renewal system.

So when my 1 month Completed i.e. in Dec-2010 At that time My Balance Is ~ Rs 60 and as per auto renewal scheme they started Rs. 35 (500 MB) Scheme Automatically Instead RS. 98 Scheme So I suffer 1GB data Loss.

and again on 11/12/2010 at 16:37 i Recharged Rs. 401 Unlimited Scheme which didn't started till 13/12/2010 up to 11:00 hrs. and i surfed on 11/12/2010 after Rs. 401 Recharged understanding that my unlimited scheme is activated and they deduct my Rs. 24 from main balance.

then i call to GPRS CARE and they said that no balance deducted regarding GPRS & Call to customer care but i tryed so many times but they didnt pick up my call.

AIRTEL DEDUCTING BALANCE WITHOUT PERMISSION — DEDUCTING BALANCE BLAMING ME THAT IAM USING AIRTEL LIVE

On 12th december my balance was around 53 rs and between 6 pm to 9 pm airtel reduced my balance to rs 14 and when i called customer service they said i used there airtel live (or watever) of which i had no idea because I really dont have such a waste of my time and niether i have spare money to use these kind of waste services.
They gave 14th dec 6pm the exact time when my balance wud be credited , but i recived no call/sms from them. When i called them again the agent transfered to supervisor who literally behaved in a rude and uneducated manner, who said "you can go ahead and complain local airtel office". Iam not a fool who would go and waste my time for bloddy 40 rs but my point is airtel have sense of cust service or rather i should say airtel has no secure connection (if they i used net connection when I know i didnt)
PLEASE DONT BUY AIRTEL BECAUSE ANY WHICH WAYS AIRTEL IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE TELECOMM SERVICE IN INDIAN UNNNECESSARY.
Iam 7 yrs old cust of airtel to whom they said do watever you want.
Iam switching off from airtel definitely or rather airtel wud be a showpiece at my place now only.

Airtel — without the info of the customer deducting money from his balance

without the info of the customer deducting money from his balance and forcefully providing me with their so called value aided services ie Astrology i have spokento their customer care executive on phone he denied to refund the amount and also give the contact no of his supirior , his name is Mr Rajkumar at INDORE Customer care Center and he was very rude in his conversation also.
i agree because airtel cannot provide with best of the service

With due respect I wanted to say that I am using Airtel Prepaid connection for 4-5months. I have been regularly using the Internet pack worth RS 98/-. Today when my friend is operating net I received a sms from Airtel that your balance has been deducted to RS 30/- for downloading the Pirates3 game from Airtel Live. After that I tried to call customer care to solve out the issuse, firstly they pick up the phone and after hearing my problem they cut the phone. After 4 attempts I finally able to register my complain regarding it but I am not sure that they will do anything because they told me that you opened Airtel Live and download the game.

Sir this is not the Ist time that they are doing so. About 3&half months back they deduct my balance to RS 50/- regarding the same but I tolerated it but this time it is too much.

Without their permission these network activate the caller tune and some other process they deduct the amount from their balance..Here i request them and u pls deactivate all those things and here after don't cal from ur services to their mobile... They r not educated well...Further enquire cal my no [protected]
They send me a SMS with a link said it is free and when i click on it they deducted my Rs 75
