i am ashish pandey i am using airtel sim fo last 5 year. airtel always cut my balance whenever i recharge. recently they dedudcted rs 150 from my account without any proper reason. i called to customer care but they didnt repond me. please help me . my num is [protected] i agree 100 percent with they are just wasting over money, i have same complain and i have done this complain four times, they dont have any reaction of this they are just doing what they whant, i request to trio pl stop this, we are suffering a lot of this kind of problem pl take somre stong action of them.
I don't know why always services like caller tune etc automatically start to my number i really fed up. I want my account should always have positive balance but airtel never let me to do so.As soon number portability Launce I'll change my service provider. My number is [protected]. Airtel has so many demerits regarding services... I AM STRUGGLING LITERALLY..............

I am a prepaid customer of airtel having my number [protected]. i have recharged my account on[protected] at 9:09 and got a talk time of rs 249 with transaction id [protected]. I am also having tariff of free SMS pack of Rs 52 which is valid till 8-Jan-11. Now my balance is 0 .
So please help me out in solving this issue, i could not call to the customer care because of 0 balance.

A service titled "Bhojpurimovies" provided by AIRTEL is activated after every 3 or 4 days and in account of this service balance is deducted by Rs.10 without my permission . No action has been taken by AIRTEL communications even after complaining so many times.
Please take some strict action regarding it as soon as possible.

On 8th December 2010, I received a message stating my balabce has been deduced my 3Rs for subscribing to wapactress pack. Airtel Delhi — Unnecessary charge deduction
Hi !I received a message from 56363 saying "ModelsVideoClub, Regular charges Rs.99/month will apply to you"
and Rs. 99 was deducted from my airtel prepaid. I do not know how I received this message and I did not apply for any subscription. I contacted customer support at 121 to get more info and to stop the subscription, sorry to say but the customer support is RUBBISH ! Everytime I called I got completely different answer from the previous executive ! And you can clearly say that they are trying to brush you off !
The only option that I'm left with is to lodge a complaint here hoping that it will be resolved !
Please stop this subscription asap !
Airtel Mobile — Balance deduction
The unnecessary deduction of my phone balance.I use Airtel prepaid SIM card on Nokia C3 phone on which I got a promotional offer of free Internet upto six months.In between round about after one month utilization,i got text message from airtel that u have downloaded
1.summer games and charged Rs 50
2.CricketT20Fever and charged Rs 25
3.Driving Fever and charged Rs 1
and my balance remain one rupee and then i contancted customer care.
They dont resolved my problem and told me this was your fault.
Such type of deduction are so common in my airtel number,one month ago my rs35(approx.) also deducted.

Airtel — extra balance deducted every day
sir/mam...this is to request u to resolve this problem as soon as you can.
i hav only one service activated on my airtel mobile , that is, best five.
i have one no.in best 5,for which till last month 50p per day were deducted. but from this month daily 1.50rs per day are being deducted. i want a clear reply of this service. why is so much balance being deducted evryday? my phn no.is [protected]
i am using airtel no [protected] since 4 years.First 3 years it works like anything.but now every time i have a prb.either they deduct amount activating hello tunes,or giving reason that i used interent.Thistime their reason is weird,they r telling that i downloaded java games software.I have broadband connection to my pc.they should have given some other reason.When i called caled customer care,they asked me to call on 17th giving some complaint no.and when i called today they again said the same reason.is it happen to me only?or other airtel users?i better try some other sim than this airtel.I had enough prb of this airtel,wasted somuch time arguing with customer care,lot of tension i faced cz of this airtel.Thinking to change the sim,hope other sim works .
Airtel Mobile Services — New Plan Activated and money Deducted
I have an Airtel mobile connection with number [protected]. Money is deducted from my balance and message sent that "You are selected for Sonu Nigam songs and every month 15 Rs. will be deducted from your balance". I have not requested for any such plan.Please it possible to cancel this plan and refund my balance amount.

Airtel — false balance deduction for different value added services
HelloThis is Prem Swaroop Yadav from iitk i have taken new Airtel sim (prepaid connection) and i am facing a lot of trouble due to false balance deduction for different value added services like as given below:
The Last 4 Charges are :
1. Subscription Services-Rs.20.00, 28/12/10, 09:50 AM
2. Java Game Download_CricketTriSeries-Rs.75.00, 18/12/10, 10:47 PM
3. Subscription Services-Rs.10.00, 13/12/10, 02:59 AM
4. Subscription Services-Rs.20.00, 27/11/10, 10:28 PM
i have not subscribe any of them as I am single user of my mobile.
I am very frustrate to this this and i am willing to stop having further this new connection can any one please let me know how to handle such a stupid thing.
I called customer care several time but did not get prompt and appropriate response from there as well.
I am having my tataindicom old number in which i never had such a problem.
