i am ashish pandey i am using airtel sim fo last 5 year. airtel always cut my balance whenever i recharge. recently they dedudcted rs 150 from my account without any proper reason. i called to customer care but they didnt repond me. please help me .

Airtel — about deducting my balance for internet which IS deactivated

I am Sarang Prabhakar Khobragade, My Airtel mobile number is [protected] I used Airtel Internet service on dated 22/1/2011 of plan Rs.10 for 3 days in which they provide 100MB of data uses on my number.. After three days I used 100 MB data and after then I deactivate the service but they deduct my additional Rs.10 from my account.
I have already pay 10 rupees.
I used customer care help they give me my complaint request reference no.-CBDCC[protected] on dated 24/1/2011 at 12:27 pm. and told me that your complaint will be solved on 25/1/2011 but still my complaint is not solved and my precious money is not refunded.
this is second time that this will happen with me..

Airtel India — Amount deduction from my balance for Value added service without my consent

hi, i am nitin lalwani from delhi
I am using airtel mobile service from last 4 months in delhi. but now company has started to cheat me they send me undesired messages to me on daily basis and they have now activated a value added service pack on my number for which they are charging to me daily 1 rs. this is activated on my number without my consent.i have tried many times to deactivate this service via request SMS but not got any reply till now.and same problem for customer care no.please let me know how to deactivate it and about DND service.
So please help me out so i can get rid of this problem.

My mobile no is [protected].I have recharged my mobile with internet pack of 98.But they have deducted money from my main balance for the internet uses after recharge.When i call the customer care,they suggest me every different ridiculous reasons for that,every time i called them and disconnected the call.After 8-9 try one of them finally checked the details and assured me that money will be return in 1 hr.After 2hrs i connect again and they say it will take 4 hrs.Now its 15 hrs from that time,and i still not get the balance back.

Airtel — airtel sucking my balance & no refund my deducted balance

On 15/01/2011suddenly1sms came from unknown numbers(543216),It
showed i was activated airtel friend z chat pack and deducted my balance 30
rupees,but i don't understand that time so I called your customer care number
on 20/01/201,Which anyways is a torture for any customer because this number is
hardly reachable,I called several times your 121.which is very frustrating for
any customer,then customer care told me that it was activated by using airtel
wap services but i am telling them that no such service was activated by me or
somebody else on that numbers.Because which neither I am using ever nor being
interested to use,also my mobile don't supported GPRS or WAP based
application.So i requested to your customer care to refund my deducted balance
and stop the airtel friend chat pack.but he told me the company don't refund
balance!But stopping the unwanted services!.According to TRAI act regulation"
no service provider can charge a customer without their consent and
authorization"(My Airtel Customer Reference Number CBDOV[protected] &
CBDFC[protected])So I request you sir please do look into this matter and
resolve the matter at the earliest possible.

Airtel Services — deducting my balance without my consent by sending an sms that i have downloaded some java game

respected sir, airtel mobile service providers are deducting my balance without my consent . once i recharge my account i get an sms that i have downloaded some java game and i have been charged 99rupees. this happened to me three times,that is i lost 297 rupees.i tried and called the customer care but they are not helping me out. now i am afraid to recharge more than 50 rupees ,because if i do so they are deducting my account balance. kindly help me out. thanks

AirTel — Balance deduction without use

Yesterday at around 11.15 pm I got a msg from airtel that I have been charged Rs 10 for subscribing to airtel news and when I checked out my balance, Rs 10 were deducted from it.
I called up airtel customer care to know why did it happen, it took about 10 mins to connect to the executive and for talking to about 5 mins an executive told me that he's transfering my call to a senior person but the call hung up.
I called up again and after wasting 15 more minutes same thing happened. I tried to call again but this time it didn't even transfer to the executive.
This is the third time that something like this has happened.
Now, this morning again I got the same msg and 10 rs were deducted again without any use.
Airtel's customer service has become really poor and I regret chosing airtel for every requirement of mine (I have 2 airtel high speed broadband, 2 airtel mobile connections and a digital tv connection).
Now when I'm trying to call customer care it's again not connecting.
Really disappointed with the service of airtel.

I am an airtel prepaid customer, my no is [protected](west bengal). On dated 18/01/20101 at 15:21:12 I received a message from 54321 that "YOU HAVE BEEN RENEWED FOR ROMANCE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE FROM AIRTEL.YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS.10/-." When I contacted Airtel complaint number 198 and talked with Mr.Ravi (Senior Executive - As told by him) for this unwanted forcily deduction of amount at 20:30 PM on 18/08/2010, then he showed his inabilty for the cause of deduction of amount, but agreeed to get me the amount in AIRTEL Prepiad account reversed. I insisted him and asked him to tell me the reason for harrasing me with such type o[censored]nwanted deduction otherwise I will report the matter in consumer forum. In reply to this he asked me to go ahead with your complaint to consumer forum.
Airtel is the one of the business class connection confermed by the many persons.


But this was just a fake shade in the reality,these mobile connetion provider companies are just earning moneys by chaeting the customers.They deduct the balance of the customer and when the customer complaint against it they (call center executives)(customer care) give unnecessary reasons that you have press button from your mobile and thats why this service is active and yours balace deduct.We can deactivate your service.

This kind of reasons given by them if we done a survey that how many users affacted by this balance deduct complaint...You will get out of 10 peoples 5 are suffering from this problem.

on 3/01/11 i got recharged my airtel account with prepaid no :[protected] but after one day my 30rupee get deducted on the behalf of a astrology pack which i didn't have activated and next day deduction of 15 more rupee for such a activation and then i rechaged on 05/01/11 only to alk to customer care executives. They use to take our call(50 p/3min) but cut it after saying taking on hold and it happen atleast 7-8 times on 05/1/11 evening and then they said we are transferring our call to our nodal officer 3 times and cut calls . i spent 7-8 rs that day only in contacting customer care

Airtel.prepaid.gprs — Cheating...lying

Thanks web owner 4 helping us.
Im using airtel for about 10yrs and im happy with service most of the time. But frm past 6months airtel is becoming worst.
I have activated airtel gprs(rs 251 for 3months) for about 10 days. Suddenly and silently it has cut. Also ~85 rs balance was lost.
This is 2nd time like this in 2 months.
Some cust care exe say you have used all the 8gb allowed. Some simply say hold on and simply disconnect.
Some say u didnt activated/recharged at all.

Seems that airtel is recovering the bribe they have paid to the govt officials, politicians., etc.

Airtel Prepaid — Number deactivated, cheated of Rs. 400

Airtel deactivated my phone number [protected] (lifetime prepaid) without warning, and also cheated me of Rs. 400 which I had left on my balance.

I have sent emails and talked to Appellate officers, Nodal officers etc but no one has helped.

My airtel mobile number [protected] has very often been a subject to balance deduction stating that i have downloaded java game from airtel live which not acceptable to be as i have always use mobile office service with appropriate GPRS pack for using it.The recently on 10.02.11 i had activated daily internet pack with 50 MB free download as i had been using this GPRS i was charged with downloading charges for using GPRS with mobile office which i discovered when by total balance was deducted to zero balance. When i called customer care i was told that i have used 3G net services plz tell me how it is possible to use 3G services on 2G connection. Now i have been calling to customer care since past two days no. is either busy or i am told to hold the while they are transferring line to their higher authority, further the call always gets disconnected . we can definitely change numbers and not go through such trouble of filing complaints but i guess as a citizen of india its my right and responsibility . i would like some action to be taken and matters cleared.

AirTel — After complaining more times to the customer cares , they are in habit that reducing the amount from the main balance.

I am a prepaid customer of the Airtel of the Orissa Location.
My problem is that I am recharging to my account .After a regular interval (5 to 6 days interval) they are reducing my balance. I already complained three times after complain they simply revert that amount to my account. But I wnats to know why they are doing so many times with me ....

Last day (13.02.2011) morning my balance deduction one by one message to me about 24 rs. Whan i complained in the custmer care they said to me you are massageing 8 no to any pack. But sir i am not message any one & not any writeing to any persons. So i requested to you solve my problem & warn to all compnies custmare care to deal fair to custmers.

AIRTEL is allways try to CHEAT people with their new strategies,,,my COMPLAINT is regarding the BALANCE DEDUCTIONS,,from[protected] a sum of 10 rupees is continuously deducting from my account ([protected]) every weak,and many times i had tried to raised a COMPLAINT on 198 (complaint number) but there is no resolution from the customer side they & they allways try to make customer fool,,so it is my request please take serious actions regarding my case.....
