i am ashish pandey i am using airtel sim fo last 5 year. airtel always cut my balance whenever i recharge. recently they dedudcted rs 150 from my account without any proper reason. i called to customer care but they didnt repond me. please help me .

Airtel — daily deduction/balance deduction

I received this sms (dated 30th oct, 2010).
"Thanks for downloading Theme from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 50. Play Games at Re.1 http://203.115.112.5/GCLite "
I did not download anything from here! what the hell is this. I check my balance and i see 50 rupees deducted. can anyone resolve this.

iam living in chennai truely speaking iam using airtel prepaid no. [protected] for more than 8years recently on 8 feb 2011 at 12.30 am i activated 5 rupees mobile office gprs at 12.48am i received a msg that gprs pack activated for you and rs.5 debited from your account enjoy free browsing upto 50mb free .after that msg i start browsing i had a balance of 214 rupees initially after deducting 5rupees i had 208.89 rupees while iam browsing suddenly around 1.20am it shows yr last call cost rs.208 account balance is 89paise .soon i called customer care and complaint he said 8 feb 2pm money will refund reference no is colwo[protected].around 1.45 am it showing on the mobile screen that 0.04 mb used 50.0 something mb is remaining nu .i waited till 2pm but no response came from airtel so i called around 3.45pm and asked she said updation not available sir anyway from our side we can give 50 rupees back make note of it she is ready to give 50rupees back and i was not satisfied so she has taken complaint again and gave 50rupees reference no is cbdcc[protected].and said official will call u before 6pm on10 feb my mind was so upset and waited till that time only one msg came stats that (further toyour concern on balance reduction,we wish to clarify that your balance was deducted towards mobile office usage. i was upset and called to customer care but they dont want to listen my explanation. .we cant give yr 158rupees sir because it a valid reduction .iam having clear evidence so i decided to go to consumer court so only i claimed here i hope u will go through this issue correctly and provide me solution soon sir.thanking u sir...

i dont't know why every month airtel is deducting my balance,prior to this i have complaint it and you have added the deducted balance in my account,but again the same thing has happend,again i have got message that i have been charged 40 for downloading through g club,but i have not down load any thing,till date the deduction is RS 130 TO RS 150. i purchased a nokia c3 handset, with it, i got a scheme of free browsing for next 6months, bt after 2 months...they start charging money to me, when i complaint about the same, they said its mine fault that, i have not looked into respective account dat my balance is deducting, and then closed my complaint.
.
.after dat i called again and again, but my calls were nevr picked by them.

ion 17march dey piked my call, bt disconnected in b/w of conversation 2 times and 2times disconnected sayng dat dey are transferring call to thei senior officer.

i am suffering from last 3 months, you are requested to resolve it nw

I am using airtel prepaid connection ( no. [protected] ) . Earlier this month I noticed my is being continuously deducted @ Rs 5 per day as airtel has activated some mobile cricket sort of value added service without my knowledge . I applied for deactivation of service and refund of my money . Consumer care executives have ensured me of action and to stop the service , but they did not acted as the service is still active and get deducted .
so all I want is to stop the service and refund of my money as i have never activated the service .

fune time activation and deduction of amount
my airtel mobile no. is [protected]. 15-20 days ago, i checked my balance i felt that my balance is short when i contacted customer care they told me that fun time activated on my mobile. which is not activated by me on my phone. it was activated automatically by airtel , i also registed in DO NOT DISTURB.

i requested abt it many times but airtel stoped it for one day and start it again the next day.

when i contacted customer care, they agreed for the refund of amount and make a promise for refund within 24 hours.

now when i dial 198 for this complaint the reply is " for balance & vaidity call at 121"

I feel cheated. please help me.

Airtel — Daily deduction of my balance without information

My name is R.Shivakumar and my mobile no is [protected] and daily in the morning when i check for the balance amount in my mobile,there will be a theft of my money minimum of 30 paise and maximim of 1rupee.
Regarding this when i contacted airtel customer care on 12.3.11they have asked for the details but where as i have not collected the details but i came to know there is some issue with the airtel and they have said no money was taken from your account and the money which we have took is for call which you have made.
From 12.3.11 i have started recording the closing balance and the opening balance and till date daily some amount is stolen from my account without information.
Kinldy solve the issue immediately

Airtel — deactivate my airtel 10 paise call

sir i sent amessage for upc.but airtel company gave me a offer for six months to continue in airtel on feb8 2011.that offer is airtel to airtel 10 paise othermobile 30 paise.but airtel company deactivated it on march 10.i complained in custommerservice 198 but they didnt take any action.they r behaving irresponsible.my complaint number is cmbnr [protected](march 11-2011).please solve my problem sir thanking you

AirTel — Balance deducted for airtel radio without consent

Sir,

I received a message saying "thanks for subscribing Airtel Radio Service. You will be charged Rs 30." And also Rs30 got deducted for this Sir, i kindly request you to deactivate this service on my number [protected].
whenever I recharge my account with the Airtel recharge card, I get a message stating that I have downloaded some games and I have been charged 50 Rupees.

I called Airtel Customer Care and they promised and assured me that they will credit my account balance within 4 hours but my account was never credited.

This has been happening since last two weeks and the amount is getting deducted in the similar fashion. Now when i try to contact Airtel Customer Care the line gets disconnected and I have been trying to reach them since then but in vain.

This is a modus operandi of Airtel to cheat the customer first by deducting the balance and then by blocking the customer to speak with customer care to get a clarification.

I would appreciate if you take immediate action against them as it is effecting our daily life.

Airtel — Game Download which I have not done But cut 40 Rs recharge

Hi I have a mobile number [protected] I am using is only for monthly net connection(Mobile Office). 45.46 Rs. balance was in my account but I have received a message "Thanks for downloading JavaGame from Airtel Live WAP Service. You've been charged Rs. 40. Enjoy http://gclub.in" from 64611040.

Actually I have not download any type of game through Airtel Live WAP service.
I want the answer ??????? Return my 40 Rs. please please please ...
Also I don't want to buy "Sorry" "Not Possible" etc by my 40 Rs....

Airtel — Not answering my calls instead holding my calls for 10 mins

Sir,
I placed a cancellation request for my landline broadband connection[protected] on 15th March 2011, and I was told that my connection would be disconnected within 7 working days, which is not yet been disconnected. Whenever I make a call to Airtel Customer Care, they put my call on hold and the call gets disconnected after 5-6 min. I have made 8-10 calls and not yet got the solution for my problem. I would like you to help me out in this problem of mine.

Airtel Punjab Jalandhar — Deducting money VAS

Hi!

My mobile no is [protected](airtell) every day INR 5 is deducted from my balance for some VAS service which I have never subscribed for. I have lost almost
INR 150 and now my balanmce is 0.
This is highly highly highly rediculous.

I have called to customer care for this, written to them twice, even
talked to airtell vendor in jalandhar. I have got the information that airtell people donot listen, no matter how much you complain. Though I have been always airtell customer, but seeing this I have no choice but to switch over to some other vendor
if my complain is not attended. I need this deduction to stop and need all my deducted amoutn to be refunded to me immedietly.

Hi,

I have two concerns which i would like to be addressed.

1.On march 5th , i had recharged my mobile with a Rs. 180 voucher after which the available talktime
on my number was 180.11. However after sometime there was a deduction of Rs. 180 leading to
a remaining balance of 0.11. For clarity on the same i registered a complain with customer care
which got resolved on march 9th stating there hasnot been any undue deduction on your account.
I tried calling up and asking the customer care the reason of the deductions few times after that
however there was an abrupt call ending everytime without answer.
Kindly provide me an clarity on the same

2. I had registered a complaint in consumer complaint forum for balance deduction for video games.
After which i had got a call from Airtel Corporate Office, Delhi saying a refund of Rs. 200 however
till date only Rs.150 has been refunded. Kindly credit the remaining Rs. 50.

on 28 and29 march 2011 my balance was deducted twice in a day . first time of Rs.30 and next day Rs. 81 after complain to customer care they told me that they are going to return that amount within 2 hour. but they have not returned yet, they are not responding correctly.
