i am ashish pandey i am using airtel sim fo last 5 year. airtel always cut my balance whenever i recharge. recently they dedudcted rs 150 from my account without any proper reason. i called to customer care but they didnt repond me. please help me .

For example, If customer call 198 ,then press for 2 for 3G then press 9 to connect with customer care representative. If customer do this more than three time a days then again doing same Airtel connect it to automated voice response in place of connecting to customer care representative (mean customer has been blocked for 30 days for 198 and 121)

Suppose somebody has emergency even he can not get connected customer care representative.

I think this is not fair business practice.
Just to bring to your notice that my balance is again being deducted for no reason.. I called the 121.. Your executives take forever to answer da call and den forevevr on hold to answer a querry.. Once more then 10 minutes and once more then 5 minutes.. Does it really take so long to answer a query n put da customer on hold for so long..dat we get fed up n shut da call.. So da executives escape from answering da query??? I really need answer to this...
Now coming to main worry.. I am using blackberry service o[censored]nlimited internet usage for last 2 years.. Ur executives say I am being billed for airtel live which I aint using.. Similar incidents have happened before too and u guys really don't do anything.. My money is gone.. My patience is gone n moreover I have lost the trust...
I asked the your executive to deactivate airtel live.. They said dey did it and still I realise my money getting deducted.. Now I really need an explanation for this.. Also I want to discontinue with your service and before doing dis I am going to go legal ways so that other customers don't suffer same like me.. My phone no is [protected]

my balance is continuously deducted from 18th January following-

1. rs 75 on 18th jan 2012.

2.rs 30 on 3rd feb 2012.

3. rs 11 on 8th feb 2012.

4 rs 25 on 10th feb 2012.

i am facing too much with so i hope your kind authorities will sort out my problem as soon.
I Gitesh Hulke is user of airtel no.[protected], would like to complain about the money being deducted from my pre-paid connection at random. Since last 8-9 days, Rs.1 is being deducted daily. In spite of repeated complaints to airtel, they are avoiding the issue or give vague replies.

It is disheartening to know money is deducted unknowingly and we consumers are being made a scapegoat. Just because we don't bother to check due to our pre-occupations, companies like airtel are taking advantage of vulnerable consumers and making money.

The modus operandi is such that they come out with various schemes and the money gets deducted without the consumers subscribing to such schemes. Calling airtel call centre is futile as they cut the call immediately when they come to know about this issue. The common man is not powerful in terms of money like bharati airtel, but his voice can be powerful enough to bring big organizations down. And airtel needs to be told that.

I hope this forum looks into seriously and save many consumers from losing their hard earned money unknowingly.

AirTel — 1 Rs. getting deducted for every call

My number is [protected], and today all of sudden I realized that I am being charged Rs. 1 for all local calls even if the call is only for 5 seconds, when I called Airtel Customer Care, they told me to wait as they are checking their systems for the same and after a few seconds later, the call was disconnected, when I called back I received a voice mail service telling me to dial *121# for the new services, I tried calling back many times but same thing happened again and again, this only shows how poor Airtel's customer service is, and how Airtel frauds the customers by these cheap tricks, I am going to file a complaint against this to the proper authorities and will be porting out from Airtel as soon as possible for I consider Airtel to be the worst telecommunication company in India.
wrongly balance deduction
i have been using an airtel mobile number ([protected] )for many years, but from the starting of the new year 2012 the company has deducted Rs 200 approx from my number whenever i have recharged my mobile number.
The customer care only takes my complain but it does not solve my problem.
I have been using the GPRS service of the telecom provider on my two airtel numbers but even after having a net pack they deduct the amount from my main balance.
If i only browse on the net for even 5 to 10 minutes they deduct my whole 1GB net pack and even the main balance, and when i complain about it they ask for some time to rectify the problem, but do not solve it.
Yesterday when i complained to the customer care for 1 hour at night as they had deducted Rs 106 from my main balance they did not listen and then also i complained again and again for 1 hour but nobody listened but after i stop disturbing them about my problems they activated hello tunes on my number and deducted Rs 60 from my account.
This has been going on with me for 16 days but nobody solves my problem.
Even they are not answering the call. plz do something for me.

AIRTEL GSM MOBILE NETWORK — Deducting Rs.5 daily since 6 months

I'm a lifetime prepaid mobile subscriber of AIRTEL GSM MOBILE SERVICE provider Mobile no. [protected] since 2006. But since 6 months AIRTEL is deducting Rs. 5 daily.Inspite of the fact that i have Called up to Customer-Care Executive & complaint about it 5-6 times. Each time i was told that some Game subscription was active on my Mobile no.[protected] ,ironically which i have never subscribed.And i was assured that they have deactivated it , now there will be no deduction from tomorrow.But the very next day it started again & now i'm fade up of this.the problem is that being long in use most my near & dear are having that number.
Please do something about it.

i have activaated rs 18 gprs plan o. my phone after activating my balance was rs 720 i used internet on 17 march after some time i checked gprs balance was 5 mb left and my account balance got deducted to rs 63 aa sum of rs 660 was deducted from my balance from without any reason . I am using airtel number [protected]. From last 7-8 days company is deducting my balance for no reason. I get the message "last call charges......". Sometimes company deduct 10 paise or sometimes 30 paise. Neither i make call nor i send message when balance is deducted. I thought some button would be pressed while mobile is in my pocket but this was not the case when i checked.I talked to Airtel customer care. They advised me to switch my mobile off and take sim out and insert again.I did as they said but still this problem is continue. Please try to solve my problem.

I am not satisfied with company's resolution. They excused that i am using internet. But I never used it. Even mobile is not in my hand then too balance had been deducted. Its so strange.I have checked my set for GPRS settings but i had no settings. Then without settings how can i use internet? company just send the message that your internet service has been deactivated.

Airtel — Please stop the deduction of balance from my mobile for Online games

My Mobile account balance is regularly be deducted by saying Online Games activation. I had call with Airtel customer care but didn't help. They have taken down the complaint but never acted upon it. I almost loss 200 rupees for this. And still duduction from my mobile account balance continues.I want my money reimbursed.

i call the customer service centre mr.gulshan raza he talk me you press button and download the caller tune.
i told him i m not press any button but he not accept my matter
so please do need fool. that not only may matter but many person phase this problem

Hi Team,

I am using Airtel Prepaind connection. Usually I use my another handset to make calls and receive calls. I dont check my Airtel cell,

Few days back i check my Airtell phone and shocked to see the remaining balance. It was just 16 Rs. Last time I was having approx 44 rs.

I called customer care they said that some scheme is activated on your no I asked them to dont activate any scheem without asking me. That said you requested for that. I denied I know that agent is laying. I asked them to deactivate it,

After few days that activated "mitti ke rang " without my acknowledgement and deducted 10 Rs. When i called customer care Agent disconnected my call by saying that we are transfering your call to my supervisor and after some time they disconnected my call.

I tried to call again but this time I am not getting any option through we can connect to customer care.

Please help me.

Last time also I was facing such issue and I converted that no into Vodafone.

i am prashant from patna. i am using airte from long ago. my number is [protected] yesterday my rs 15 has been diducted without any detail. when i ranged consumer care they told me that i am charged for games club. sir, i already requested them around 1 mnth to deactivate this service,but till now they didnt did so, today they told me that the service will be deactivated but my balance would not be refunded. . .sir i am a student if they didnt stop doing so i would may go and switch my provider. . .kindly tell them to stop doing so. . .thanks

Subject: Complaint against Bharati Telecom Ltd. for irrelevant Balance Deduction

I am a telecom user having mobile number [protected] for which service
provided by AIRTEL ltd.

I am a NRI living in United Arab Emirates. I use to send message to my
home from the above number.Briefly, for incoming calls Rs.100,local
outgoing (UAE)Rs.50, Sms Rs.25, Call back home Rs.100/-

Today (16/4/12) i've sent one message to home for which Airtel has
charged Rs.25/- and the remaining balance was Rs.182.98/-
After an hour or two, one screen message is sent by Airtel informing
"The call charge for the last call is Rs.99/- and the Balance is
Rs.83.98/-"!!!???????

I'm just amazed, checked my mobile for unknown mistake if any by me,
there was no call received no call made and even there was no missed
call!!

This is the second time, First time It was for Rs.200/- which i had
got back by online complaint. I dont remember the website now which
was it.

AIRTEL TELECOM — deduction of balance three time

Three time balance diducted. Every time 99 rs. From main balance while surfing. One time 99 rs refund. Another two time not refund. When i call to customer care they told that they will refund but still not refund. I am using mobile internet since last 10 year and they are telling i am doing a mistake. Simply if there is a pop up for dedduction of money of 99 rs no body will do yes. They are telling i am doing. Every time Nodal officer is telling they are unable to access my no. Simply foolish. My complane no- [protected], [protected], [protected]. When l ask for refund they told ok balance will come in 4 hr but still not got. Kindly do something.

Today 19 th April at 6.15 pm while browsing through the internet I was trying to download a app required for voice detection !! A pop up appeared thank you for downloading game club 28 rs for 7 days has been deducted !! Monthly charges are 99 rs !! When I called the helpline no they said it's been activated by me !! My balance was 29 rs which was previous to which the amount 28 deducted for the game as per to airtel deducted for the game download !! I would request you to look in this matter and solve this soon!!
sir,Request you to take some action against airtel. I am very dissappointed with airtel on 19th april they deduct my 7.00rs after i am calling to customer care but they restrict my call to them and on 21st april again they cut my 7rs again i am calling they restrict again. Please help me
