[Resolved]  Airtel — balance deduction

hello my self manish i have very upset its deduct my balance every day 5 rs. when i call customer care its not working airtel customer care servies is very bad working

I have been deducted for some games pack rs 99 for 3 months now. My number is [protected]. already I have notified customer care to stop this service. Yet they have reeduced my balance. this seems like a very fraudulent service provision from airtels side. my email id is v.[protected]@gmail.com . also i raised the do not disturb Service of airtel.The customer care executive said it has been activated. Yet i still get spam messages on my number. I really need higher authorities to look into it.

rs. 49 is cut from my balance without any reason. And my airtel num. Is [protected].
And my num. Is not connecting to the custmer care. Pls return my balance.

My mobile number is [protected]. I have activated net pack. after checking my net balance i have started surfing. but balance deducted from my main balance. they deduct rs 48. when i complaint for it they said that system not showing this type of information. I know that is very small ammount but same things happend many times. customer care does not take any positive step.

I have done my AIRTEL Phone recharge twice in this month,and I have not requested them for GAMES CLUB but they have deducted my balance Three times from my whole balance.Details of deducted money with date wise given below.

I do not know where to complaint now. I have complained on your site but i did not get any solution. Now from last 10 days i am calling and mailing airtel customer care but tghey are unable to solve it. Please try to understand my concern.

My Name is Arjun gami, I am using the airtel Gprs Pack of Rs 149, when i close the browser, i see that my balance has been deducted with rs 70, 80, 80 three times in a week when i call customer care, my call not connect with customer care due to balance. i[censored]nintentionally i click on any button, there is no confirmation, so kindly reverse my balence in my account, my mobile number is [protected]. as guidelines provided by trai that there is confirmation from customer before deducting such balance.

plz solved my problem as soon as possible because im daily 40 Rs consumed.

so DO NOT DISCONNECTED CUSTOMER CARE FACILITY WITH OUT CUSTOMER INFORM .

sir mere mobile se 2 bar amount deduct ho gaya hai. mene 110 ka recharge karaya tha. usme se 25 rupees ka balance deduct ho gaya. uske 10-15 din bad phir mere mobile se 65 rupees ka balance deduce ho gaya... or costumer care office mere call attend nhi kar rhe hai. please solve my problem varna mai consumer court mai complaint kar dunga..

I am an Airtel Sim prepaid customer [protected] and would like to get my list of calls for the month of June and July 2012 as my balance has been deducted in a large sum even though I had not requested for any services except a few calls.Had recharged again in first week of october and was amazed at the way my balance was deducted for the few calls I have made.The customer service is not available after trying ample of times.So kindly have the balance adjusted accordingly and with the amount of several similar feedbacks I believe and will soon change to other companies.Awaiting response.

Airtel — deduction of balance due to improper net service

On 31st july 2012, my balance was deducted upto Rs.150/- from my main balance. I had checked on 30th july my free mb bal was near upto
700mb. bt on 31st july it was 0mb. without any net usage. so i had complained in airtel bt there was no proper guidanceand servise provided as
required inspite of calling them many times. i want refund of my balance . plz rep soon

On 4th august 2012 i received message from airtel that, 5 august 2012 message booster will not applicable due to friendship day. But, all other networks giving message service as booster. Ok. i'll accept that message which received on 4 august 2012.
I already active message booster for local sms and I sent message today (6 august 2012) morning. But, now also airtel deducting sms cost for local sms. This is injustice. Kindly take necessary action.

they received phone and after few second they disconnected
every time that lady talk me and did not tell her name...

i[censored] can do something so pls do appox 50 rs deduction done within one month
i[censored] have no manner to talk customer so why u are doing job why company want that
every customer talk with lot of abusing worlds

And Now I AM Getting Unwanted Calls From Many No.
Whenever I Type My No. On Google. The Google Shows Directly Same Porn Site Page.

So Its My Humble request Pls Anyhow Remove My No. From That Site So That I Will Be Free Form Unwanted Calls.
