[Resolved]  Airtel — balance deduction

i am ashish pandey i am using airtel sim fo last 5 year. airtel always cut my balance whenever i recharge. recently they dedudcted rs 150 from my account without any proper reason. i called to customer care but they didnt repond me. please help me .

I have been using Airtel since 6 years. I had chosen Airtel service provider because of its good services and customer satisfaction. And all my company employes and my family are using airtel services. But now airtel is giving 'poor customer services and useless balance deductions '.
And when I contacted Airtel Customer Care, the employes use to disconnect calls, not listening complaints and making fool of me that they will check it but no action is taken about one month ago i have registered a complaint. "so beware of this fraud company ". For any inquiry contact [protected]

hy sir my 26 rs has been diducted without any notice on 28-29 Aug, i ranged costumer care they told they registered complain but nothing happned and no msg regarding this balance diduction, nothing vas given , no information provided, i want my money back else i m going to port my number soon, thanks,....

WITH DUE RESPECT I WISH TO SAY THAT I HAVE RECHARGED MY AIRTEL MOBILE WITH RS. 98 PACK OF 2G INTERNET. AFTER CHECKING TH RECHARGE AMOUNT BY DIALING *123*10# I USE INTERNET. MY MAIN BALANCE WAS DEDUCTED OF RS 52.00 . WHEN I HAVE RECHARGED THEN WHY MY MAIL BALANCE WAS DEDUCTED. PLEASE GIVE MY BALANCE BACK.

1.There no proper network in my village
2.Sometimes when i call to someone upto20 sec the recorded call is play for 20 sec then the call is dialer tone is ringing but due to which the extra 20 sec call charge i have to pay

I am ANIURAG SHARMA my airtel mobile no. is [protected] My 85 rs balance is deducted on 9/9/12 @ 10 am ...when i called in customer care they told me that i have used gprs and i have used it but my GPRS pack of rs 98 was already activated so my balance should not to be deducted./

Then i applied for portability and the same day i got a call from [protected] on 12/09/12 and they said that my balance will be refunded in 24 hours it is not refunded yet and now when i called them they didnot resolving and i called 7-8 times on 15/09/12 @ 12 midnight so they disconnecting my call.
They are not attending my complaint and talking very rudely. So i want to filed a complaint against AIRTEL that they have deducted my balance and now they are even not attending my calls.

On Oct 24 i get MSG from Ariel company. On this MSG write that if i recharge my Ariel mobile from rs 500/- i will get 550 rupees balance and there are not mention how i recharge it. I recharge my Ariel mobile no [protected] by rupees 500 on 29/10/2012. but i get only rupees rs 442 rupees.After it when i talk Ariel customer care then some body tell me that offer is valid only dt 24/10/2012. Other body tell me that offer is available but you recharge by mobile banking channel so you are not a beneficiary.
So please refund my money from airtel.

airtel is deducting my daily rs.2 frm my acount without any confirmation. When i call to cc they r saying that no such balance is deducting frm my acount. When i told to give my whole day usage they r giving fake info.
i had faced such prblms lots of time frm airtel.
i want my total refund of rs.30 imidiately. Unless i will port to docomo.

Airtel — Balance deduction in my account

Dear sir. My name is pankaj and my airtel mobile no. Is [protected]. My balance deduct in my main account Rs.10 plz help me sir plz my balance in refunded. Thanks advance
Just want know why I have been charged for using Internet on my no. [protected], even though i have recharged my no. with Rs.151 from which i got 500MB usage for 3G plan and 500MB usage for 2G plan, after finishing 500MB of 3G plan, i have been charged.

when i called to know about it, customer care person disconnected my call without giving answer and now I'm unable to reach customer care help desk.
