AirTel — balance related
my balance is dedacted, which i never used you are told me that i am activated game culb, but i never do so. my balance about 30 rs had dedacted.plz return my balance. once i recharged Rs5 net pack but the balance was cut with Rs40 . this your company is working . in what status . my Rs40 went to hell .whwt shall i do

AirTel — Balance Problem
Many times the balance get cut and a msg comes "Thanks for downloading Animation, Games..etc..etc". I hav complained many times in the Airtel Customer Care department but the say they cant do anything about it. and many times they even disconnect my call after listening my complaint. I dnt knw what to do. Kindly help me..till now all total Rs 80 got deducted.
