[Resolved] Airtel — Delay in installation & complaint number closed abruptly | |||
Delay in the Airtel DTH connection.it has been now nearly 4 days , that i havent recieved any call from the engineer. Customer compliant number abruptly closed with a message " successfully resolved engineer related problem " Many time I have called to customer care, no proper response accept for one statement " Sorry maam , it will be done by today evening ". I have been hearing this past 4 days. very bad customer service response. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have taken your DTH connection and my customer ID is [protected].
I have shifted to my new house so want to reinstall DTH connection.
I have complained many times through mail and call, its has been about one month I am facing problem but no body come to install .
My new complain number I have logged today is 6003431.
Please help me so that your people will come and install immediately.
