[Resolved]  Airtel Bihar / Jharkhand — NON REFUNDING OF GPRS CHARGES WRONGLY DEBITED

MY Mobile no is [protected](Tripit kumar). 0n 01/11/2012 rs.7 only had deducted from my account under the scheme " SARA JAHAN HAMARA" from 542457. when I asked about the deduction to your customer care on the same date (01/11/2012) at the time 01 p.m, the executive had told me that the amount would return to your no. within 4 hrs. after waiting of 6 hrs, I again asked to your customer executive about the deductions, he told me that there is no any provision of refunding the money, and till now I am very sorry to say that there is no refund made from your side. Sir, like the boom company AIRTEL, is this type of customer operation is justified? one thing I must say your company is loosing the faith from customer.as customers are the more valuable thing for a company. plrease take proper action .
