[Resolved] Airtel Billing — airtel befooling people with cheaper plans | |
Hi, Airtel is befooling people by giving cheaper plans & then don't keeping it't promise I have two nos. [protected] & [protected] in my account.One no. is under govt. plan with cug topping activated on it & another no. is under cug249 plan.I had been given these nos. by airtl authorized dealer in Baddi with the scheme that first 300min from one no to another will be free && after that 10p/min but to my surprise in my bill these discounts were not given.After that I visited your office in Baddi & met your Sr. Executive Mr. Gunjan Aggarwal there & he promised me that he will give me bever & told me to use the no. acc. to plan.Now my bill amount has reached 12000Rs & I can't pay this bill without all discounts.Now tell me what is my fault in this.
