Airtel Broadband — Deposit Amount collected, connection not yet operational
We had registered for Airtel broadband use on the 3rd of November. Your Customer care executive ( Senthil - [protected]) had promised to get it operational within 4 working days. It has been a month now and the Landline/ broadband is not yet operational.
i have also received my first bill for services that I have not used. I would like to know howcome AIRTEL has charged us without first making our broadbacd/ Landline operational..
All calls to SENTHIL go unattended.
I request immediate disconnection of the NON-FUNCTIONAL landline at our residence as I am not willing to pay any bills for the same,
