My telephone number is[protected] and from one months i am facing a problem of link failure in my airtel broadband, and it wifi is not working as worked earlier that means a range of less than 10 metre is supporting not beyond that.
I have complained 2 -3 time this month but your service engineer visits without a notification and also not on time allotted.
Recently i spoke to Mr. satrughan an airtel engineer from Raipur itself whose no. is [protected] reacted so rudely when i spoke to him.
i told him about my problem to solve it and from a month he is solving from their company itself and my problem is still a problem.


I would like you to look after my problem and solve it as a priority, and take actions against all raipur branches of airtel because of their
bad behaviour and less concern for their customer.
