[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Improper Billing
I gave a complaint regarding plan migration on 29th of September. As per their executive description it is unlimited usage with 2 MBPS for 699 per month. As per the procedure they have to change the plan with in 4 days. But my plan was migrated on 15th October. Between these days whether the plans changed or not we don't know. Right now, they slapped 2080/- bill on my broadband connection. When I contact to the customer care department they were saying that I am in limited plan. They are even not responding on this issue.
Please look into the matter and help me.
