Airtel Broadband — regarding waiver on broadband bill

m shwetank mishra-[protected](airtel landline no),[protected](airtel mob no)..i hav a airtel broadband connection..somedays back i decided to disconnect my broadband connection but your represntative offrd me a diffent plan alongwith 1500rs of waiver...but the waiver is not yet provided..n dat is creating a lots of problem as i m daily getting a call from your side regarding he payment of bill..so i request u to please look at this matter n solve it as early as possible..
