I am using your digital TV service with ID [protected]. As i am from J&K state where SMS is banned from the Govt. side for prepaid number for any mobile, I also having a postpaid number but of BSNL network for which your company don't accept the request for balance enquery.
please suggest me the alternative from where i can keep a regular check of my digital TV account balance. my email ID is [protected]@yahoo.com... plz do the needful...

Dear Sir,
After recharge the DTH vide Consumer no-[protected] an amount of Rs 300.00 through SBI DEBIT card it shows the balance is NIL.
Kindlly regularise.
