[Resolved]  Airtel — Customer service

I have 2 airtel digital connections, have paid the money but account does not show credited. I have called the customer service, its a night mare. Trust me

hi sir,
i purchase a airtel sim in oct 2008.
but in jan i came to know that the sim in not in my name although i provide the id.

so i just want to ask that whether there is any way that by entering my id no. (voter id no. which i provided at the time of purchasing ) i can get the no. and the name to which it is issued.

also the address of that person
Today i get the msg from the nthis is charges rs. 10/- every day in my mobile balance...o. 64611010 to subscription text based services on Airtel wap...please cancled this services and avoid my balance day to day...My mobile no. [protected]...Regard subhashkumar

Every Monday my mobiles balance is deducted 10 Rs. by comics.
So please deactivate this service

i had purchased an airtel connction for dth services but the lines are appearing on tv
Please write a written complaint, even i had a very bad experience with Airtel, they trat their customers very bady especillay after disconnection.
Airtel is the most [censored]est customer service i have ever come across in the world. They cant only not solve the simplest of queries but when asked for a managers number, they just put the phone down. I am making a switch to vodafone as they have a much better customer service. Airtel are not reliable, they run after the customer to make the convert but once the customer is in the bag they frankly dont give a .

I purchase an Airtel Digital TV on 30th April 2009 but it not work properly due to not recharge, So that we send scratch card no.[protected] and id no.[protected]. Please start it soon.

Dear all,
Kind Request. Please do not take an airtel connection in Jharkhand state.
It has the worst service. The customer care is the worst. I dont know how these top
sitting on the top of the so called branded company gets paid well.
After recharging for 1000INR, my outgoing was stopped.
On calling customer care they said like lottery " tomorrow... tomorrow.."
It has been a month and still the problem persists.
This kind of problem has been faced with many here.
So request to refrain from taking airtel connection. U can take any other.

I have bought Airtel Digital TV on 01 jan 2009...from kochi my customer ID is [protected] and
my settop box no is [protected], it is absolutely fine till now I have installed onboard ship which
is stationery (not moving) we have changed direction of ship...I wanted help for realigning antenna
I called up customer care nos. it is horrible Mr Salim shezad was online he refused to send engineer
unless I pay charges through recharge coupon. I am sorry but this no way serving your customer.

I travel to India every year and I am utterly disgusted with the Airtel Customer Care support service. I had purchased 3 Prepaid Mobile Phone SIM cards in March 2009 as a channel of communication with my children who are studying in India. Just 3 months thereafter, Airtel had indiscrimately DEACTIVATED the SIM Cards.
I have been made a victim of MISREPRESENTATION and DECEIT by the Airtel retail outlet in Himachal Pradesh where I had purchased the SIM Cards. The person who had sold me the SIM Cards assured me that the SIM Cards are for "LIFE TIME VALIDITY" and based on this assurance I had loaded 6, 000 Rs (or 2, 000 Rs on each mobile phone).

I have written 2 emails to the Nodal Officer (H.P) and it's been more than 1 month now and my Complaint had not been attended to, despite me providing the supporting documentary evidence. I have just submitted a 3rd Complaint with the Appellate Authoirty, Airtel India.

I am eagerly waiting for a RESPONSE from the Appellate Authority and I will NOT give up until I get an explanation from the Company.

I had a very BAD Experiance with Airtel Mobile service. One day there was certain Amount was certain amount deducted from my prepaid account, i spoke to customer service they putted me on hold for 10 mins. after they disconnected my call, then i again called on Customer Service, they said you are having one VAS( Mitti Ke Rang) is activated, which i never requested earlier. Then they said we will deactivate this. Again after 2-3 Days my friends said when they call me they listen some songs. I checked my Prepaid A/c Balance i have seen Rs.30/- was deducted for Hello Tunes. I spoke to them, they said by mistake they did. I dont know, if Airtel are not capable to handle massive customer base, why they always commited for Good Customer Service. Today the situation is i never suggest my friends to go for Airtel. Such a BAD Company. Please do not use Airtel, they have cheated me alot.

Against above ID No. I have recharged my DTH TV @ Rs. 250/- vide re-charge voucher No. [protected] on 04.08.2009 but today on 17.08.2009 it is seen that all programmes blocked.
No programmes. In this context, I contacted from Customer Care Centre who did not response my call. Please look into the matter as urgent.
