[Resolved]  Airtel — Customer service

I have 2 airtel digital connections, have paid the money but account does not show credited. I have called the customer service, its a night mare. Trust me

My DTH ID No. [protected]
Against above ID No. I have recharged my DTH TV @ Rs. 250/- vide re-charge voucher No. [protected] on 04.08.2009 but today on 17.08.2009 it is seen that all programmes blocked.
No programmes. In this context, I contacted from Customer Care Centre who did not response my call. Please look into the matter as urgent.
no signal since 25th august 2009 of customer id no [protected], pl rectify as early as possible.
I believed Customer Service/Support centre are to hear the customer complaints/greviances, but not cause grief to the customers.
Airtel Customer Care # is not to hear the customer complaints but just an another Promotions campaigning no.

I am from Shillong. I am facing a problem. Each time I recharged my mobile the company deduct Rs. 30 for defferent things like hello tunes, music, etc. which I had not subscribed. This annoyed me since I can manage only to recharge Rs. 30, or Rs 50 just to call my dear ones at home who live far away and Rs 30 is being deducted each time is something unfair.

I have heard the same thing happened to many of my friends too who are unable to have access to the appealant authority. Can anyone please do something about it? I had compaint to the Airtell office yet nothing is being done about it.

I am eagerly waiting for a response from the appealant authority

I too have had an experienced of money being deducted for hello tunes to which I never subscribed. I received an alert that my subscription to hello tune is renewed and that I would be charged Rs. 30 per day and with that alert Rs 30 was deducted. This is unfair to the customers. Sometimes some kinds of different alearts charging Rs3. To charge for something unsubscribed is unfair and that too with Airtell known for providing good services. This kind of cheating is a bloat for the company. I already posted a complaint but nothing happened. I request the Appealant authority to kindly do the needful, please check on such behaviors of those responsible.

I hope you understand the problem and rectify the same. Kindly arrange to stop all the subscriptions on my mobile no. and advise me accordingly at the earliest.

Hi,

I am using this postpaid connection from last 1.4 yrs. I did not face any kind of problem through airtel .
Wherever I go my network goes with me really it has very good network service but from last 1 mon I am facing a problem regarding my bill plan HCLCUG 249 .This plan has beeb reduce into CUG175 so why I pay 249 for it . If it would be change just because of my this req I would be thank ful and greatful to airtel and what I say I dont have any complaint regarding airtel .My no is [protected].

My mobile number is +91 [protected]...On my mobile unnecessarily Bikini rich Alert Service is Sunscribed because of my 1 yr son as he was playing with it...Everyday I get message like YOU HAVE BEEN RENEWED FOR BIKINIRICHALERT SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE...and it is costing me Rs.1 on Dailly basis...

I want to unsubscribe this service but am not able to do frm my mobile... i have already lodged a complaint thrice from my mobile to the customer service people, but in vain. So please Unsubscribe this service from my mobile imediately...

we want to keep stb in second room requires an engineer but there is no response from dth cust.care please send someone to solve it at minimum charges
airtel is not improve the customer. it improve only complaint day by day.it is not good for airtel. lot of networks is ready to give good servies to customers. customers can fullfil with out airtel.but with out customer airtel?... airt is making mentel agony to customers. it is not good for airtel. airtel have to learn how to respan the customers. if airtel like to sine bet win customer airtel have to respan them.
DTH IS NOT CERTIFITY SERVICE
Annoying customer service from Airtel. Every time I place a call, I am put on hold for 10 minutes or more and no one responds after that!! This is after the customer service rep asking for some of the intro details, my name, land line number etc. They get to check the phone number and stuff for the records and never get back to the line!!
