i am santhosh, my number is [protected] i recharged my account with Rs.49(0.02 ps /sms offer) but now 0.11 ps/sms is cutting .I contacted to the customer care number 121 is telling invalid no. please solve my problem.

the msg offer z changing frequently that z nt nice.0.02 is better than 0.11ps

its not atll gud tht airtel is the network which is costing loads of charge i.e 11p aftr enrolling the offers..even others r also in competition with airtel so i think u shud decrease the msg offer to 2p becoze many of thm r preffarin to vodafone tata decom of this inconvinence...

itz d unbeatable fact that airtel is no.1 in mobile networks...but itz too hasty to continue the message offer with 11ps, which makes students to get out of the network...itz better if it comes down, if not it loses many valuable customers...

. Im from Hyderabad, i hav complaint to customer care about signal problem in my area, so he told me that TOWER PROBLEM is there, sovle in couple of months.
Still v faceing the same problem.

better i changed to aircel

airtel is good for me bt in the message offer i am not satisfy .. better to they avail the 0.02 offers to all.
