Airtel — Pre paid Outgoing calls not activated
I have obtained for Airtel pre paid connection. I have submitted all required documents to the Airtel. SIM card got activated but only outgoing service is activated. Incoming is not activated yet. I really don't understand this logic.
I have talk to customer care executive on [protected]. I was surprise to know this has happened with many customers. As usual customer care executive express his inability to resolve my problem.
This shows how care less customer service is provided by big brand company.
Hope someone take up this with Airtel.
