I never use to call customer care but once i call to c.care they directly dissconnected my line. second time i made the call & he satisfied by rplying in good sense. Plz stop to disconnect the call directly.
I likes to use airtel servicxe but now a days the network is not good sometime while talking the call gets disconnected, it mainly happens in my postpaid connection my no. is [protected]. plz kindly take some kind of action. My prepaid no. is [protected]

i agree that i had registered for friends chat through call as the sms sent was ment free of charge, indue course of time my balance is been deducted monthly of 30/- rs per month which i have been frustated please lend me suggestions or the other way of solution

Even without subscribing the word of the day service, Rs.30 from my balance is deducted and receiving each day a word and now today there is a message saying this service would be renewed in two days and a charge of Rs.30 will be deducted. So i please do not want this service. I sent several messages as requested by the message in my mobile to stop this service but it gives some stupid answer. these are all cheap jacks played on the customers to draw money. Kindly discard the word of service in my mobile no.[protected]

My mob # [protected].Earlier complaint ref-d204b.I have not requested any airtel service of-daily business news pack(text Base service).I am getting the sms daily and 1 Rs is cut daily from my balance.This is happening last 20 days.I had informed on phone 999 on 8/5/09, and to customer service everyday thereafter till today.Also I replid that perticular sms that, this is not reqd by me (which cost me Rs3/-) -still the cycle is going on ----God knows when it will stop-- Of coure I can discard yr sim and select the else.

i didn't susbcribe any service from airtel live but still i am receiving the jokes and news alerts and my balance deducted monthly rs.60/- per month, pls stop this otherwise i will subscribe this number to vodaphone. my cell no.[protected].

I agree I am also getting a similar msg from 64611010 which says "Thanks for ( Cricket Sub Pack, Subscription service on Airtel WAP. You've been charged Rs 10. wap.mobifun.in" I never subscribed to any such apck and yet this is the third time I have been charged. I PRESUME the folks are bankrupt and have resorted to such means. Earlier there was some comic strip which got activated by itself but after two deuctions of Rs. 10 each I somehow deactivated the service but this one just does'nt have the option. I am frustrated and don't know what to do.

Please do deactivate the ' word of the day ' service in my mobile. I tried to unsuscribe from the aforesaid service using the same link as the one i had suscribed it; but it was not a success. I'm unable to use the sim card because i'm charged rs.10 for this each week. Please do look into it asap.
