[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Postpaid - Add on Card | |
One day I got call from Airtel agent asking about add on card, any way I wanted to have one extra number so I opeted for it. Agent promptly came to office address and collected dopcuments and 500 rs. After that there was no show for next 8 days. I followed up and I got one number (It was not one which I selected), After 10 days it got activated, Then I got call for Address verification, I stay alone and there is nobody at home in office hours, so I asked that fello to come on Saturday, He never turned up, Then I got another call from arogant person saying I am standing at your doar step and how come you are not at home. I aksed him to come in the evening, He said I'll manage. Then one fine day my add on number got deactivated. I checked with 121 and got the answer Address verification faild. So I went to customer care, That lady raise request for re-verification 3 days after she told me your number cancled and can not be done antything, I am not attol happy with this service. I Airtel customer care relly care for customers should resolve the issue atleast update the customer with current situation Was this information helpful? | |
