[Resolved]  Airtel — Charged for 139 Railway Enquiry

Hello Sir / Madam,

I have used 139 railway enquiry for getting information, for that i was charged Rs.3/- per minute. Is this number is not toll free? please reply me. If it's toll free please refund the amount charged for me.

If the number is not toll free.. Could Govt will think it to make it as toll free, since its has to be Value added service for its customers. will the related authorities think about that.
