[Resolved]  Airtel — SIM Activation

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a mobile from Subhikha which is having free airtel connection along with it. This was on 11.05.2008. The mobile number given was [protected]. I was been told that within a day the connection will get activated.

Now its almost 2 days still the connection is not been activated. Within these 2 days i have called many times to airtel customer care 121 and each time a get a different reply.

One says that the documents are not submitted other says we are working on it and other says that there is a problem with airtel system

this is my no. i have been using this for about 7dats,

We are using 35 Airtel numbers and not satisfied with its services due to network problem and local service provider, so i wish to change services with Idea, but airtel has rejected our request with bill amount due, when i went to airtel office there they are asking that you have no due amount.

i don't what the hell is wrong with the airtel customer care every-time i cal there they keep me on wtng or the call automatically cuts...!! i m really pissed of with such a lazy and not at all good service.Have got the sim two days back but still its not activated and the retailers are not ready to take responsibility. i don't understand what the hell is wrong with this airtel. its really disappointing.

Airtel — my new sim has stopped

i have purchased new airtel sim about 3 or 4 weeks ago ...from purchased date after 1 week its stopped. when i goes to dealer he said that airtel customer care has call you but u have not attend it ........but i havnot got any call....and now its sim registeraion is failed ....what i can do ...on that sim i have about 200 to 250 rupees its number is [protected].....i hope u will help me
