[Resolved]  Airtel — SIM Activation

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a mobile from Subhikha which is having free airtel connection along with it. This was on 11.05.2008. The mobile number given was [protected]. I was been told that within a day the connection will get activated.

Now its almost 2 days still the connection is not been activated. Within these 2 days i have called many times to airtel customer care 121 and each time a get a different reply.

One says that the documents are not submitted other says we are working on it and other says that there is a problem with airtel system

I had purchased SIM card from an authorized shop on 2nd August 2011. But still the card is not activated. The shopkeeper has been told me that it'll be activated within 1 hour, but it is not activated yet.
So please do the needful for that before I take a rusty steps.

i jitendra shukla took two postpaid mobile no. [protected], [protected] from airtel store in december 2010, and submitted my pan no. and voter id photocopy as proof.both no. worked for about six months.after 6 months as per airtel plan i switched to prepaid plan and submitted required fees and same documents again in gpmtinagar lcknow airtel store. with rs.117.00 and validity till march 2014 my airtel no.[protected] services temporarily disconnected.from last 45 days i visited airtel store for document submit & verification but they advised me to contact nodal officer on [protected].i contacted 4 times in detail from my no. [protected] but no result.then i contacted more than 4 times to appelate officer on n0. [protected] from my no. [protected] in detail but no result.i got a request reference no.CWBAR[protected] FROM 121 on dated[protected] at 4.32 pm.but till today no result .what can i do to get my no.again and money and validity back in my no. [protected].
