Airtel — Connectivity very haphazard with in Chennai

I am owning Air Tel mobile for last seven years[protected]. I find the connectivity very poor from my office premises - Jade towers, first floor - my own business office CacGanpathy.at 24 Balfour Road Kellys, Chennai 600010. My several complaints not satisfactorily attended for over four o years now. Records with Airtel Chennai office during period Mr. Krishnan was regional head. Now after much frustuation, I have gone for second line with Vodfone[protected], and the connectivity is excelent from my office.Even while in Bangalore are in Chennai, find Connectivity tardy from several spots.All others - BSNL, for eg work well from my office premises. .Please register my complaint . I registered a complaint a couple of days back through this mailing system as well as through 198 the customew complaints calling number of airtel and i was promised that my complaint will have a solution by 8th April'09 and I will also get an infoemation on the same by a call or sms from airtel but till now I havent got any feedback

the complaint was that i am unable to receive any messages from a couple of numbers from Uganda and Australia

Please do teh needful and get back to me asap

I requested for the new connection and number ([protected]) is provided. But SIm activation took for 3 days. Its really poor service from airtel. When I touch based the sales guy, 2-days he say that the server problem. As a top Mobile company, I am totally disappointed with the service due to server problem. Customer dissatisfaction

I am Prepaid Customer . My Brother Post Paid Conection Paid But Not Activate of Airtel line. Ms.sumathi talk for not received the cash & dont Activate this Number[protected]. Because the cash paid return & activate my number. My brother now post paid to prepaid changing. Ok please activate this number please any action to ms.sumathi.
