My mobile no is[protected] I have my bill of Rs 951, bill no 520 39 151, for the period 8th May to 7 June 09.
I have just now paid my bill of Rs 951, through chk and dropped in the ICICI drop box.
I) In this bill I have been charged Rs 50 towards MMS. I telephoned to your No 121 just now to know what is this MMS? In the last so many years I have never used any service called MMS. Your executive has given me the telephone nos to which these MMS has been sent. He says it is not possible to tell the identity of the receipents and he cannot also send back to me any of those MMS. This is now totally a one sided unpleasant logic. Therefore please do not charge me this Rs 50 and credit itback to my account for adjustment in the next bill.

2) Please let me know whether as on 23 June 09 at 9 PM, I have already paid this amount of Rs 951. This is because the voice recorded message says there is no outstanding amount against my No. In case it is already paid please credit the excess amount back to me. Thanks and may

and after i made this payment then i contacted customer care they said that you submit your documents.i had a identification card.In iddentification card my adress is different but i have no other documents i have misplace my documents of billing adress.i hope that u will do something.plaese activate this no. immediately.

myself kundan kr. Tiwari. I am working with aegis Bpo service Ltd.(airtel). I am a airtel prepaid customer care executive. i am working as a executive in airtel (up-west) since 8 month. I am working my work honesty.my aim is fully satisfied to my customer & i proud to myself that many more customer are satisfied by me. An example of my job that a boy from chamoli he is very unsatisfied to airtel service and he said me that "i am fully unsatisfied to airtel service & I hate airtel". Than I said to him "please be relax & share your problem with me". he said to me that if my problem have not solved in 2 days i block my airtel no.i solved his problem in 12 hours & today he is fully satisfied from airtel service & today he is best friend of my & say to me you are my big brother. he invite to me his home.
2nd, a girl name-meenakshi dhimaan mob no. [protected] she is also unsatisfied to airtel service than i solved her problem & today she is my best friend.these are few example. but many more customer are satisfied by me and than he say airtel service is the best service in the world.I proud of myself that many more irate customer are satiesfied by myself.
But sir I am not satisfied for my job. we are working my job in underpressure.
these are:-1 target of AHT 120 second.
2.120% documentetion.
3. Target of ICE score 80%
4. dont deactivate vas service of customer, provide him to processure.
tell me sir, one customer when he is fully irate & his problem is many more than how may this possible that a customer satisfied in 120 second. please give us more time & we promise we fully satisfied.

We are unsatisfied from our organisation. please help us. when a customer are not satiesfied, than how may this possible that a customer satisfied.major problem in pacs.always it hang.

From last four Months i am facing network problems. right now I am staying at Panchgani Mahabaleshwer its a hill station the services over here were disable for 20 days then after I had spoken many times with customer care to reduce my billing amount because for last 4 months I was facing the call drop problems after communicating with 121 they told me the network team will call me back. After that network team called me and committed that “they will reduce the half of the amount form by bill” but yet I didn’t get any waver or call form the same. Moreover I got a commitment from “Airtel Retention team” sir from last 3 months I am continuously counteracting with the executives from HOT LINE they also committed me to reduce the bill
Sir you check my call log also that I have the call dropping problem Sir my outstanding amount is 2135 – 00 my billing plan is 225 CUG
Sir this is my request to you to check all things against this and revert me the same

As per Airtel Executive the plan explained by him on 16 th May'09 was totally wrong and the information on that plan was also wrong given to me. After that i went to Airtel Relationship Center to do a complaint that i faced a big loss of near about 150 Rs. but ARC forwarded another complaint and activated another plan with out my permission. I want u to refund my loss of 150 Rs. and i want plan of 345 Rs. So plz give me ur feedback as early as possible
