I am airtel customer of tel no 40055851 with broadband a/c no 12786675.I have free usage time from 9pm till 8am.Last three weeks I have problem getting internet connected at several times, mainly during free hours.On complaints with 121 and visit by mr.Kumer failed to solve.He says the modem needs replacement, also says it has to be done at my cost.Five years back when I got the connection, I was supplied with a tel instrument and a modem within the contracted cost.Today if airtel co changes policy not to provide these instruments I should have been notified, so that I could decide whether to continue with you or go to other companies.

I am using a airtel no and I recharged it with 3g plan of rs 200 for one month on 10 january 2012.since that time I am not getting 3g speed on my handset. So I registered a complaint for the same issue and they promised that this problem will be rectified within 7 days and within 7 days I got a message that your problen had been solved from our side but I don't think so, my problem is still same.
And 2nd thing is that I am harassed by customer care service. They are not treating me as a customer. I calledup 12118 around 20 times between 4 to 5:30 o' clock in morning on[protected].they are picking my phone and no body is answering from other side. Every time they disconnect my call without any answer.i[censored] will check the recording and call log for the same time and date you will find the fault and after some time I got a call from [protected]. The person was using abusive language.
My request to you is that please help me in this case.

My remote has not been working since 25.01.2012 and I called on 121 and spoke with Ms. Shabnam Ref No.10838600 and she promised me to get it delivered next day and on my request on priority basis that day only. Again on 27.01.2012 I called 198 and spoke to Mr. Jitendra he also promised to deliver on priority basis, but it was not delivered and again since morning today 28.01.2012 my family has been calling 198, 121 giving the same reference no and requesting for delivering the remote and every time your representatives giving assurance that by 1.00 p.m. then 4.00 p.m. and then latest by 8.30 p.m. and now when I spoke to Mr. Vinit he told me he would try for next day. This you people have made fun and your priority is what kind of priority, for just delivering a remote you people could not deliver in 3 days, hence I request you to disconnect my connection if it is not delivered today and the kind of mental agony I had undergone while speaking with you against that I am not going to pay your bill as this had happened earlier also when I was without T.V for 15 days as IP TV was not working and daily I used to talk for 15 days and you people also promised you would not be taking charges for that period but you forgot to not to charge the same in the bill which I paid. And now to teach you a lesson I have just spoken to your supervisor Mr. Abhishek who has also been promising in the same fashion to deliver the remote, that If he is unable to deliver the remote today then please disconnect my connection and not to send me the bill as same I will not pay due to all this mental harrassment.
