I want to change my connection from 199 platinum CG plan to Corporate super saver 199 plan.Before this platinum CG 199 plan, I had corporate super saver 199 plan.So, Please make my plan to corporate super saver plan.Please do it as soon as possible.

hi sir, my number is [protected]. i am working in justdial. i got corporate sim 349 plan through my company last month. but that sim has been worked only for three days so i made call to a concern person(agent) senthil, since my native place is in interior he asked me to give temporarry address. as he said i gave my chennai address with landmark. afterthat noone has come for verification and also that senthil didn't give any response to my call.so i approached customer care worker shajahan but he said silly reasons like they could'nt trace work my address how its possible.and also he gave airtel address in polur but there willnot be any address like that why he lied to me, what a service you are doing for customers, and now he switched off his number.is this the way you are treating us?what a cheap service... only narrow minded people working in ur network...can u activate my number?

i have postpaid connection and my mobile number is [protected]. My grievance regarding behavior of your customer care executive and i called him at 10.33PM on 13.12.12. He is not well trained and don't know how to talk with customer. I feel so bad to inform you that is very bad experience to me which is unsatisfied. I hope you will take action on that.
On 20.11.2012, we have requested to change the plan for the following pre paid connections:
1.[protected] the monthly charge for internet usage may be changed to gprs 1gb [protected]@10p/10kb rental 98/-
2.[protected] the international roaming is not required and the charge of Rs.149.00 may not be claimed
Though we have informed in writingg well in advance, the bill for December 2012 is not corrected accordingly

I am Akhileshwar Singh, my mobile no. is [protected] . I had requested to stop the service of my mobile no. [protected] on 14/Nov. /2012 but your representative replied & asked me to change the no. We have tried several time to change the no. It is not possible to change the same from your side. We have talked customer care about 45 times and sent sms two time but they have not respond my request.. We have not been using your service since 08/12/2012 . My another alternate no is also with you but you have not replied or tried to contact me and solve my problems.We will pay your Bill Amount Rs. 571.13 (Rs.Five hundred seventy one & paise thirteen only) which l have used .pls confirm within two days.

2 years back i changed the same number to prepaid account due to huge amount i am receiving,
even though i am unhappy i am loosing still balance amount hugely, even after changing to prepaid.
personally i went to begum-pet Splendour office no one has helped for several rounds to stop all my
activities in the prepaid except the Internet network. they are telling they cannot help manually
go to search through phone i am unable to do so. i am the holder of the card went personally for help
i told i will give all my authorities card to disconnect all my other activities, except Internet. They told they
cannot. then what the use of employees doing their to help just to simply enjoying their own activities
chit chatting, enjoying.the what the use of customer care.What is meant by customer care. Useless
