Iam Mrs Lakshmi Rajgopal.My landline no. is [protected].My A/c no. is 15450131.My mob no.is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@yahoo.com.
I had taken a 500Rs top up plan for my landline wherein I got the offer for unlimited STD and Local calls.It has expired on the 12th of March.I wish to continue with the same plan.
I hope you will do the needful and acknoweldge.

This Airtel network problem in Assam has been going on for about three days now. Whenever I try to call someone with an Airtel connection in Assam it says “The network you are trying to reach is currently busy, please try later”. I’ve been trying for 3 days now but still I haven’t been able to reach my friends and most importantly my girlfriend who has an airtel connection in Assam!! I’m sorry to say this but Airtel is no longer what it used to be. The frequent balance deductions for no reason whatsoever, the frequent network problems are all adding up to this.
This network problem is messing up my daily routine. Now I’m in Delhi and I’m not being able to contact my girlfriend or any of my friends with Airtel. This is very annoying and frustrating. Such frequent problem in the long run might be harmful for you as you might end up losing customer base in Assam. My friends are already talking about switching over to different connections and I’m sure people all over Assam with an Airtel sim are thinking of doing the same.
I suggest you get rid of this problem as soon as possible as it is a major inconvenience for people all over Assam and especially me. I hope you guys get rid of this problem by today.

My mobile no is [protected].Two days ago i have changed my plan 3g into 4g.So i boughy one swap card and i sent a message which was in the swap card As soon as i received the message then i sent a confim message to airtel with Reply 1 option .After that i had been waiting for a long time. But i didn't get any confirmation message that the no is deactivated or not and my new 4g plan added or not.I want to know that the reason is my no still getting activate or not.Even if it is in activation process i couldn't move any application in my mobile

I have two times recharged net pack 274*2=548 rupees through Mobile banking but till yet my net pack is not activated nor credit money in my account.net pack is 274 for 60 days in Airtel company.I am not satisfied by calling to customer care.pls resolved this asap.
