I had lost my cell before 10 days, and now i got duplicate sim easily i am happy for that, but my balance before was more than 100 bugs but that thief had used my number and made calls. Now i am trying get the numbers which he had dialled but you people are noy responding for that. I am basically from bijapur, here in AirTel office they are telling that you need to go for Hubli og Belgaum to get my call details, customer care people knows the call details but they are not telling, this is not fare, you guys are supporting the thief. Even he had talked with me many times i think he was damn sure that you people cannot do any thing. It was a costly cell sony erricsion W700i, so its my Humble request to give the call history from 14 to 25 of feb 2009. My cell no is [protected].

Airtel India — Duration of cancellation cycle
I submitted a request for cancellation of my number [protected].1.) Airtel takes more than 10 days to cancel a number for which they continue billing the customer. Cancellation should take at most 2 days. And the customer should not be expected to pay while they take up so many days to process the cancellation request.
Please ensure the cancellation cycle completes within 48 hours. Further Airtel has no right to charge the customer after the customer has submitted the cancellation request.
2.) Further Airtel refuses to share the as-of-date outstanding amount with the customer. The customer is forced to wait for one full billing cycle before being able to clear accounts and put in the cancellation request.
These are all means of harassing and bullying the customer.

I wish to cancel my postpaid connection with Airtel.
My mobile No. is [protected]. i spoke to customer care at 121, was directed to this link. 3 months before, I spoke to customer care at 121 to cancle my postpaid connection but still my request is pending. I m not using my airtel card from last 3 months and ihv already gv in written also for the cancellation.
Please cancel my connection immediately.

Sub:- Change of SMS sending timings
Few days back, SMS coming from your network as 10000 SMS applicable with in one month validity (Timings 11pm-6am)
We welcome to above facility.
I would like to this facility. But my relative, parent, friends, and colleagues are sleeping between 11pm-6am. So I am not able to send SMS to above mentioned.
Most of the Airtel customer’s request is kindly be change the SMS timing between 6am-11pm
In case of, implement the above said facility by you as change of timings, lot of Airtel customers are very happy and use of your network continuously upto life time
