[Resolved] Airtel — Post Paid bill receipt
I am from Bangalore and I have this airtel postpaid connection from last 4 years. Till last 6 months they were issuing the receipt for the payment made. Now they have stopped issuing receipt saying that it is order of the company, not to issue payment receipt, even if you insist also they bluntly reject your payment and say they are helpless, if I dont pay my bill then as late payment charges will be levied.
I smell something fishy there because, when you drink a coffee/tea you will be given receipt if you insist and when I am paying thousands of rupees as my bill still I wont get receipt. Since I am a sales person I need receipt to get it reimbursed. When I call and inquire, they say they have withdrawn that facility, what? withdrawn facility?, common for any legitimate business it is mandatory to provide receipts for the payment received.
Let me know if any of you are facing same problem, how to deal this illegal activity.
