Airtel — SHAME FULL SMS
I AM RECEIVING THE BIKINI SMS ON MY MOBILE ALMOST EVERY DAY. I REQEST TO STOP ALL SUCH TYPE OF NON SENSE SMS. Hai, I am using airetl prepaid moble since 1998. but now a days, i am getting ot of advertisement sms to my mobiles. so I dont want to receive any advertisement sms from airtel service provider. my mobile nos are [protected] and [protected].
Please try to terminate advertisement sms to my mobiles.

AO-Airtel — Numerous unsolicited messages
I have been receiving numerous unsolicited messages for " CHATING".Since I don"t need the service because of my age I request that the Service referred ibid may be discontinued..My Mob No -[protected]. Thanks. This is Sivakumar from Chennai.. My Mobile number is [protected].. I am getting several nonsense SMS from Airtel to buy new airtel dth connection. I called airtel call centre and one employee simply disconneted the call and another one not answered properly..The sample number that carrying Airtel DTH add is [protected] ([protected] & [protected]) another set of number is [protected][protected] & [protected]). But iam getting SMS from other few numbers as well. Please verify and warn them to stop sending nonsense SMS without concern of the mobile user.

I am having marketing sms in spite of being on DNCD.
We are using Airtel sevices from past 4 to 5 years and we use to trust them. But now the company has changed they have become like vultures they are in look out for an oppotunity to levy some unathorised chages as and when like.
I have called the airtel cutomer service to activate do not disturb like 5 months ago for my moms mobile and they said that it will be activated in 45 days a rediculous time gap they have given but still i said ok but they keep on sending my mom the same unwanted sms and keep on activating some services which my mom doesnt even know about and started charging rupee at first everyday now it went upto rs5 everyday today i spoke to the customer service representative he said that it was me who activated the service and after a conversation he decided to deactivate the service and to my surprise he said that there is another service which is presently activated on the and asked wether i would like to deactivate it as well (and this service is about some chat with a cricketer it seems) this is the level they are going down to now. Airtel is really becoming a thief in a corporate veil.
I would like consumer complaint forum to take some severe actions against these people who think that they are above the law and think themselves as so called GODS.

I believe you are living in a dream world. As per your comment on 25th May I was sent an SMS from Airtel Customer care services. But I didn't receive any call or SMS from Airtel Customer services. I wrote to airtel ([protected]@in.airtel.com) on 27th May stating that I am ready to help with any information you need to resolve this issue. But no actions are taken from airtel team till now. And also you put a comment on 30th May that I haven't written yet. I find the airtel customer care services to be very lousy and they can take any means of lies to get rid of it. I will reach to Nodal officer if I don't find this issue resolve in 5 days.

I am getting unwanted sms from Airtel live from number 55382. I want this service to be stopped immediately. i am getting a lot of sms (of no relevance to me) on daily basis from airtel live. My contact no. is +91-[protected]. I hope action will be taken in near future.
