[Resolved]  Airtel — NOT GIVING WHAT WE SHOULD GET IN THE PLAN

Respected sir

With due respect i would like to submit that i m an airtel customer([protected]).I have a sim card in which friends scheme is activated.As per the information given by the airtel office, my call rates should be deducted as 10paise per minute whenever i make a call within my friends group comprising of the following numbers:-[protected], [protected], [protected].But to my astonishment sir, i am being charged as 1 rupee per minute from 2 weeks or so for the same. I have been regularly lodging complaints to the airtel customer care.I do agree that they do refund my account for the extra deductions but sir my problem has still not been sorted out and every now and then when i make calls i get notifications of 1 ruppee per minute being deducted.It is very confusing and inconvenient sir to be making calls due to the abrupt changes in the call rates.Moreover my account balance should have been credited by rs.158 as airtel to aitel free balance for a recharge that i had had on the 14th of this month.I am fed up of regularly being bluffed by the customer care saying that my problems would be soon sorted out and still it has not been so.
I request you to kindly look into the matter take appropriate actions against the guilty.

AirTel — Not giving internet connection

Hi,
I am Sukrut Patil, staying in Bangalore. I took a Internet broadband connection from AirTel services. I paid the activation fees before 2 weeks but still I have not received the connection. while filling the forms the representative from AirTel told that I will get the connection within 3 -4 working days. Means they are giving false information to customer.

i had an airtel iptv connection instaled on 7|11|09.in spite of some minor problems the iptv is working well. i have one major complaint that laungage option provided by some channels like infotainment and kids channels is not available on airtel iptv.some kids channels are provided with laungvage option by running the channels twice once in english and then in hindi thus it is sometimes claimed that airtel is prividing 139 channels instead of 135.i asked the airtel exicutive on custemer care to provide the same facility on some infotainment channels like discovery';history and national geographic channels.he reled that he is not authorised and advised me to write oncare ncr airtel in.it is our right to wath these channels in our prefered languages.therefor irequest you to do so and send my request to top bosses of airtel because there are many more people who want to see these channels in their preferable languahe .my connection is on [protected]

Dear sir/ ma'am, I am Pekuto Achumi.
On 09-sept-2010 i made a payment (Rs.1145) on account of my Airtel landline no. [protected] for the month of 08-jul-2010 to 07-aug-2010 through internet, i followed the entire process for payment; however it got stuck in the middle of the transaction and it was not confirmed. Again on 10-sept-2010 i log-in into my account to find the same outstanding due, therefore i made the payment and the transaction was confirmed paid.

However when i went to ATM to withdraw money on the same day i found that an amount of Rs.1145 was debited twice from my account. Therefore, i request you to solve this matter at the earliest.
