[Resolved]  Airtel — NOT GIVING WHAT WE SHOULD GET IN THE PLAN

Respected sir

With due respect i would like to submit that i m an airtel customer([protected]).I have a sim card in which friends scheme is activated.As per the information given by the airtel office, my call rates should be deducted as 10paise per minute whenever i make a call within my friends group comprising of the following numbers:-[protected], [protected], [protected].But to my astonishment sir, i am being charged as 1 rupee per minute from 2 weeks or so for the same. I have been regularly lodging complaints to the airtel customer care.I do agree that they do refund my account for the extra deductions but sir my problem has still not been sorted out and every now and then when i make calls i get notifications of 1 ruppee per minute being deducted.It is very confusing and inconvenient sir to be making calls due to the abrupt changes in the call rates.Moreover my account balance should have been credited by rs.158 as airtel to aitel free balance for a recharge that i had had on the 14th of this month.I am fed up of regularly being bluffed by the customer care saying that my problems would be soon sorted out and still it has not been so.
I request you to kindly look into the matter take appropriate actions against the guilty.

Airtel — not giving information

i got my airtel broad band connection on 13th oct and they said they will give me a code through which i can apply for my free gift watch but till date i havent got any information regading that
pls help
i am requesting every month to the service centre to deactivate the dsl usage charges from my bill which they added in the first three months of my connection. two has been done but one is still pending. in the m/o aug'2010 we didn't get the bill on time and after 3 reminders they sent us d duplicate bill and said the won't charge the late fee but they added it in the bill. every month i used to spend so much time to clear the queries. kndly clear all my dues and tell me the final amount, i don't want to pay late fee again.

i would like to say that i had applied for disconnect my connection but your company offer me 50% discount on 499 plan.but when i receive my bill after this offer there is no discount in the bill.i want to discuss this matter so please call me on this NO - [protected].

sir mene apna phone disconnect karne ke liye appliction di thi [protected] par mujhe aap ke head office delhi se mr sumit ki call aaye thi unhone 6 months ke liye mujhe 50% discount dene ke liye kaha or phone disconnect na karwane ke liye kaha aur mujhe phone chalta rakhnr ke liye agree kar liya.par jab mujhe bill aaya to usme koi 50%discount ho kar nahi aaya.aap mujhe [protected] par call karke batayen ki aisa kyun nahi kiya gaya mera bill without discount kyun aaya.

non delivery of telephone bill . asusual like last month (feburary 2011), this month also (march 2011), telephone bill has not been delivered to neither my residential address nor to my e-mail. Although sms threatening to discontinue services sent on this number. pl ensure bill is delivered to me or i shall assume that airtel does not have capability to do so, hence i can take decision to change service provider.

its kartik kampasi from ghaziabad my landline no is [protected].. we had a complaint regarding our broadband net connection.. we asked for unlimitted plan and it was said by u all to change it in 3 days but it was cancelled and we had a complain again then it was said to change it in 7 days now they r saying it to change it in a month
