Airtel — RELATED TO NATIONAL DO NOT DISTURB CALL

Respected Sir,

I am a user of AIRTEL Mobile service. ph # [protected]

I have registerd my NATION DO NOT DISTURB CALL REFERENCE # is S[protected] recd dtd 12th January 2008 and which as per was to be activated after 45 working days.

As on today i.e 3rd October I have received lots o[censored]nwanted calls and messages after the activation, inspite of giving lots of complaints to their consumer call centre (phone # 121).
But nothing has been done so far.

Therefore request you to register the complaint and will be need a compensation from the company.(AIRTEL).Understand that there is DOT rule for the compenstaition. I registerd this because my job involves lots of travelling and i had lost lot of my pre paid credit (in roaming ).

A promt reply / aaction will be highly appreciated.
