[Resolved]  Airtel — Customer Support

I wish to bring to the notice of all general public using Bharti Airtel's Services and especially the Management at Bharti Airtel itself, the abusive and the corrupt nature of the Customer Service Executives employed at the various Customer Support "Call" Centres servicing Airtel.

They never have the answers to your queries/complaints and if asked they do not even have the courtesy to check on the matter, in fact they prefer either putting customer's calls on hold for an indefinite period or use abusive language. I wonder what happens to all the "THIS CALL MAY BE RECORDED FOR INTERNAL TRAINING PURPOSES".

The best part is yet to come, these so called Customer Service Executives/Representatives even have the audacity to use the name of BHARTI Tele's Corporate Director-Human Resources (HR), Mr. Daljit Singh's name as their own. I am sick and tired of making complaints to Airtel about their Network issues in the Mumbai region which is the biggest Metropolitan city of India, so I can just imagine what the condition of their services would be in other parts of the country.

I'm airtel's regular user. During this period i experienced worst service. Once i had a call of my boss from US. Next day i needed to call him back but due to some problem in my cell phone my incoming call record got vanished. So, i called customer care (But they dont care about customer..!!) and requested for the list of international calls i received last night. Subsequently 3 times call got disconnected automatically as i hear a tone "THIS CALL MAY BE RECORDED FOR INTERNAL TRAINING PURPOSE". Then on next call to customer care i hear "KINDLY SMS YOUR QUERY TO 121".
I sms them my query but every thing gone waste.I havent got any reply. Then i called 121 from my friend's cell phone. This time after 2 try, third time call got connected. This time i asked for the received call list last night from my number [protected]. This foolish lady refused me to give that list. She said goto pune on following address and ask there for list you want. At that time i was 300 km away and i had to have number of my boss any how. then i requested more than 4-5 customer care executive for number but nothing happen.
That time i experienced Hell on the earth with Airtel...
Hi! I am an existing user of Airtel Broadband and tried to get a postpaid mobile number of Airtel only.
I submitted my documents for address verification and it was my Broadband bill only. After three days I received a message from Airtel that my address verification is negative. After digging the matter I came to know that for address verification some of there executive punched the wrong address.
I was wondering that if I am already using Airtel Broadband how come it is possible that my residence verification at same address can become negative. But these Airtel people can do anything. I again submitted my document for verifcation and again received a same message that verification is negative. When I tried to speak to an executive at there local outlet, he responded in such a manner that I started believing that I am culprit for negative verification.
Meanwhile I wrote a mail to Airtel Customer Care. That mail is carrying a long trail now but every time it appears that they have a single format for every mail that I should carry a copy of my document to the nearest Airtel shop. It never appears that they are interested in resolving the issue.
It has been now more than a month that I am chasing Airtel for my postpaid number. I have deposited a security amount of Rs500/- for that number. Now I want to get my money refunded and no more Airtel Number, But on that issue Airtel executives are saying that I need to pay some additional amount alongwith that Rs 500/- security deposit which is now not refundable, to save myself from their defaulter list.
I am feeling helpless and being cheated by Airtel.

AM a pre-paid user. I sent multiple "SMS request" to deactivate a charged service. It's been nearly 2 months now, and am still bearing the chharges for a service that I don't use anymore.

The same kind of problem i am facing due to the customer care people and the airtel outlet centres. I took a connection on[protected], after completion of December on 31st of Dec i got a message of my outgoing calls are inactivated due to the negative verifcation. Since[protected] to till date[protected] i didn't get my service back.

When i call to the customer care people they are not saying properly and also avoiding the further discussion by saying "we are activating your service by today". At airtel outlet centres also i am facing the same problem.

My mobile number is [protected] i am ready to submit all the documents once again, but somebody has to help me in this regard.
I have lost my mobile phone with Number [protected]

Kindly block my sim.

Bharti Airtel/ Mobile Services — Service/ Network/ Abusive calls

I have been using Airtel mobile services since 2007.

There have been various instnces wherein a complaint hasbeen made on the customer care nos of Airtel for weak network signals at my residential and ofiice areas.

There has been no resolution to the same.Almost 50% of the day there is no network.

Due to network problems, I had to compulsorily subscribe for missed call alrets for which the serrvice provider ,i.e AIRTEL charges me.

I DONOT GET MISSED CALL ALRETS ALSO.

IN CASE ANY MESSAGE IS RECEIVED, IT COMES ONLY AFTER 24 HRS

The service provider had confirmed that the payments of each bill will be collected from my office on monthly basis. But no one comes to collect.

EACH MONTH I AM BEING CHARGED RS.200/- as late payment fees for the services not provided by them.

Since last one week, one of the Airtel executive has been continously calling because I am noting using the services as much I was using it earlier.

Inspite of telling him not to call and also making a complaint to AIRTEL on the CUSTOMER CARE NOS the executive keeps giving missed calls/ blank calls and at times uses abusive language.


In case of late payments, the collection agency guys call and use threatening language.

Please resolve all the above problems.
I am user of Airtel. 6 yrs customer of airtel. I lost 199 rupees from airtel...........daily morning 10.30 i m speaking with airtel customer because i m getting any one problem frequently last time airtel live java games activated itself i spoke with AM Mr.Sridhar he is stupid he said............ " I can give only information I need not satisfy the customer " but he didn't give any proper information

before that a girl spoke with me while eating...................................

see airtel guys just give training to your customer executives....................

Bharti Airtel — asking for third time verification

we are asked to file new papers for verification at least third time since three years First I was subscribed life time sim converted to prepaid paying Rs/700 two years back Kashmir was with out pre paid I again converted to post paid some months back prepaid was relesed I shifted back Since the service proveders are asking again again for

I'd done a recharge of Rs1000 based on the information airtel provided in their website.
But only after doing the recharge I came to know that it was an Iphone offer which was not needed for me.
I was going for a trip that I needed the balance urgently. I called their customer support and raised the issue. But they said they cant do anything. Atlast I forced them to connect the call to their team leader. He returned me the amount of Rs.150 then itself after a fight for half an hour and promised me to get back the rest of the balance before 10:00am next day. I waited till next day, but didnot get the amount. I went to their office and they pointed to a telephone and asked me to call customer care again. Again after three hours of struggle and fight they said I have to wait till 8:00pm.
After getting back home, i tried calling them but they didnot connect to customer care . Till now I didnot get the solution of the problem.
They are thinking that we customers are fools that we donot understand the drama they are playing their.It is the worst service provider.
