[Resolved] Airtel — Call centre (prepaid) | |||
The airtel customer service was very bad yesterday (13/09/2012) by 6.30 pm. I spoke to a person called Ahmed. He was rude at me, he dint provide the correct information and was not doing his job, I asked him for nearby airtel office, he held for few seconds and asked me to call back after sometime. So he was least bothered, I asked for manager or any complaint department, he said there is no one of that sort. I told him I am gonna register complaint, he asked me to go ahead. That's the reason of the complaint, indeed he was least bothered. Please register a complain and do the needful. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
