[Resolved] Airtel — GPRS Charges | |||
Hi, This is Jithin using airtel mobile number [protected] post paid connection for last 6 years. I have activated GPRS in September 2009 250 rs Unlimited Plan. 3 Months back i realized airtel charging[protected] rs for Gprs usage. My company paid all bills during these period. Fortunately i checked bills and realized the same. I called 9 times to customer and they told me they don't have any unlimited plan. again i called from other number and they confirmed unlimited plan is there. I recorded these all calls. This is 100% cheating from airtel I registered complains 3 times to return the amount they collected for gprs. 4 calls i got from different people and they told me don't change service provider they will return amount. hi i m deepak bansal, my cell no is [protected]. near abt 3rd augast sume one called me up the end of airtel, they told me up abt gprs daily services, thn i agree wid them, but they didn't told me abt tht after use i hv to disconect the conectivity to save the rent. so after tht i use sume days gprs and after tht i didn't use. but nw airtel company chrage me a full month rent of gprs. so plz help me to save tht rent. plz minus tht amount frm my bill. i should be thankful to u. ur custmur deepak bansal.

I have been using 0.facebook.com on my Airtel mobile. It is free of data charges but for the last two days I have been charged money for using the service which had never been done before. I have lost about Rs.10 for it so far. Can anyone please tell what the problem is and can the authorities check the problem?

The problem is not resolved . You people deducted last two months gprs charges only. from 2009 September onwards you charged amounts.
What is the meaning of returning only 2 months gprs charges???.
You people admitted this is unwanted charges that's why you returned last 2 months charges. I need full amount refund you charged for gprs.

I Started my GPRS on the 19-Apr-2013 through airtel customer care executive at Ankur cross road (Skim:199rupees per month for GPRS), Ahmedabad and start uses of this facility of 20-Apr-2013. but in last two days the service provider charged me on 1166/- rupees on 24-Apr-2013 and today (25-Apr-2013) I received a message from service provider that me unbilled amount is 2200/-.
So I don't know how the unbilled amount shows high amount of rupees.

No one can use that much amount of rupees in just 5days (from skim stat date 19-Apr-2013 to today 25-Apr-2013)

this is alam i want 2 register compliabn about airtel about gprs tariff.when ever i use gprs on my mobile they deduct much money that i did not use so much data services.
when v complain about this they say '' u have use data more so are charged very well''
i can not change my number other vice i would change the company if my number not changed
